Dian was an excellent tour guide. She was so thoughtful and attentive, and I always felt well looked after. On one occasion, I wanted seafood pasta from a restaurant that is typically still closed at the time we were leaving for our next destination. Dian made a special call, and someone delivered my seafood pasta for the journey! (It was delicious!) That is the level of care Dian provides.

Well organised. The only hiccup. The driver did not come to the hotel to take us to the airport to go to Palawan on day 3 of the trip (probably 25 Dec 2025). The tour "Underground River" on 27 Dec 2025 was cancelled. Every one in the tour group received a refund. We have signed for this, but are still waiting. (Ref ID : 1264312-AKHI1
