It was a wonderful experience for our family and met great people on our tour. Our tour guide was amazing and so knowledgeable which made things easier for getting around and being comfortable in another country. We thoroughly enjoyed the activities and even ones that were out of our comfort zone. The animals were the best part of the trip, our son is 13years old and I think he was at a great age to go on this tour, would recommend it.

We loved our Intrepid Borneo Family Comfort trip in July 19. Sheila was our guide and helped make it a magical experience for us. Our 7 year old daughter loved the whole trip, from seeing the amazing wildlife to the stunning views and lots of fun and games with the other guests in our group. Sheila was great at looking after our group and was very organised and helpful. We even managed to see loads of wildlife up close which exceeded our expectations. The food was ok for vegetarians- both my wife and I are vegetarians. The accommodation was fab too. We would highly recommend Intrepid again, it’s great for getting to see lots in a short space of time - in a way that felt manageable and thoroughly enjoyable.

This trip has plenty to keep me busy, and featured all the must see activities in Penang. My guide Danial was great at suggesting additional things to see, and foods to try. There was also plenty of downtime to relax, and my hotel was in the middle of Georgetown, so easy to walk around and explore by myself.
