Such a great country though, and Logan really made it so much fun and put the effort in to get everyone involved and made memories that lasted a lifetime for all!

Their energy, knowledge and genuine care created such a fun, supportive atmosphere that our group felt like a family within days. From sunrise at Angkor Wat to exploring local markets and villages, every moment was elevated by their guidance and enthusiasm. I couldn’t recommend this trip more!

The balance was great. All transport between places and accommodations were excellent, I especially enjoyed the karaoke van on our way to the port in Lombok. The accommodations were really well sort out, especially the luxury Ubud Inn. That just summed up the trip really well. As a first time traveler, my tour leaders made every moment of this trip an absolute experience of a lifetime. I’ve already secured my deposit for my next two trips! I can’t wait!

It wasn't until I was back travelling on my own that I realised how easy it was to travel with Intro Travel. Everything was taken care of, I didn't need to worry about transport, accommodation or meals. For someone who usually meticulously plans their own trips, letting someone else take care of everything was a refreshing change, and I don't think I could have done it any better myself. All the stress and work of travel was taken care of and done so efficiently, leaving me to enjoy just the good parts. We visited some amazing places, ate great meals and had plenty of fun nights out. We had a very experienced and fun guide in Andri and also the local Filipino guides who assisted went above and beyond (there photo skills are next level). The group was great fun and everyone got on well. The beautiful beaches and warm water was a highlight. Being on or in the water most days was perfect for such a hot climate. Would definitely consider Intro Travel for my next trip ?.

It included so many once in a life time experiences including swimming with manta rays which was a dream come true. I was lucky to make brilliant friends with the rest of my group who I now share unforgettable memories with.
Our tour guides Andri and Carolyn made the trip run so smoothly so that we never had to worry about anything. I felt so safe having them as group leaders, they made sure we were able to experience the best of Bali whilst remaining stress free. They also made sure to take phenomenal photos for us throughout the trip to capture our memories. I cannot thank them enough for the trip of a lifetime. 100% recommend travelling with Intro, I cannot fault them.

Bali was truly amazing but it was made even better by Andrii our group leader. I had the best 2 weeks in Bali. I felt that we couldn’t have fit anymore into the days and experienced everything we wanted to in a short amount of time. Andri was fantastic. The Intro Philippines tour was one of the best trips I've done! It was adventurous, packed with plenty of water activites, and as a solo traveller it was a great way to meet people.

We had Andri as our tour leader - even before the tour started he was welcoming and helpful - he gave great suggestions for activities in Manila as I arrived early. During the tour he was always approachable, knowledgeable, fun and engaging. The tour flowed so smoothly, making for a stress free holiday as we weren't worried about logistics - just left to enjoy an adventure-packed holiday.
The best part by far was the 3 day, 2 night boat expedition from Coron to El Nido, where we spent our days relaxing amongst the most beautiful islands, snorkelling, sleeping in island huts and playing volleyball with locals. I couldn't fault Andri as our group leader, and highly recommend both him and the Intro Philippines tour.

It was nice that we got to sample the culture, but also did sporting things and did fun/ interesting activities as a group.

It was my first solo trip and then I definitely recommend Intro Travel then;)
Everything is arranged for you even if something goes wrong in the moment.
Very well arranged all and feedback is always welcome for them.
My only downside was that there was too little free time.
It wasn't quite supposed to be that way as we had a delay a couple of times....
But for next time, I would personally appreciate that more.
All in all, the trip was great and would definitely do it again, though in a different country!

I have just finished my Philippines Intro Tour with Andri and can honestly say it was an experience of a lifetime.
Not only did we have two weeks in blissful paradise meeting 14 new worldwide best…I have just finished my Philippines Intro Tour with Andri and can honestly say it was an experience of a lifetime.
Not only did we have two weeks in blissful paradise meeting 14 new worldwide best friends, dining on incredible food and having the best hospitality known to man by locals but also Andri as a leader was beyond incredible; the perfect balance between fun and cool, calm and collected.
He was able to make the process so smooth and accommodating, not a single one of us ever had anything to worry about. I want to put a special mention in for his attitude and kindness. As a group we bonded extremely well, so much love and respect between everyone, and Andri was a core part of that; be it lending out his incredible fins, entertaining us with his singing, making sure safety was priority on nights out, being the loveliest with locals allowing us to get to know them on a deeper level or getting a personal best in free diving (17.5m what?!?) and us thinking I would need to take over because he was never returning from the darkness. This man smashed it.
I have had the pleasure of doing three previous tours: Bali, Thailand and Vietnam and each tour has built its own reputation to assume the next will never be as good. This one.. was as good if not better in its own right. From canyoneering to white sand beach snorkelling, sunsets with Andri on guitar to scuba’ing shipwrecks, waterfall photo shoots to swimming with turtles ? every moment was magical.
Would 1000% recommend to anybody thinking of going.
It was that good, I’ve contemplated not only returning but becoming a leader myself.

Andri was our group leader. He was super chilled and easy going & made sure there will no stressful situations. He was amazing with all the water based activities & able to use his go-pro to get the best pics for our group.
I couldn’t have asked for a better bunch of people on my Philippines trip.
Would recommend to anyone. I was pushed out of my comfort zone for a few of the activities (and I’m so glad for that).
It truly is a trip I’ll talk about forever.

Some of the high points were the all-you-can-eat BBQ in Osaka, the Snow Monkey park in Nagano and of course the Samurai Experience in Kyoto.
Andri was top notch in arranging activities, accommodation and helping us navigate the sometimes complex rail system! He went above and beyond by providing recommendations for the best tourist spots and restaurants in each town and it really helped us organise our free time efficiently.

Went above and beyond for everyone, going out of his way to help us with things like SIM cards, taking us to pharmacies, and helping us plan our next tours and travel plans etc etc. Wouldn’t have been the same without him he really made our trip unforgettable!!
The trip itself, couldn’t think of one fault, it was all so well planned and thought out. Plenty of free time after travelling to reset and every activity (and most meals) is included, it was so nice not having to think about paying and organising whilst you’re on the trip.
All of the accommodations used by intro were stunning and the staff at the hotels also couldn’t do more to help you.
Only regret is not doing the 15 day tour, met so many amazing people and had the holiday of a lifetime????
Andri was a great guide always able to make things flow smoothly with no stress. He was a great time and new how to create a fun atmosphere. Would recommend!

It was fun with all the activities, and that we got some time off, but also could choose to do other activities if we wanted. Wish we got to stay longer at the Villa in Lovina.

Except for the villa, the hotels were old and not so clean. Since the tour is not so cheap and Asia generally is, they should provide at least luxury accomodations.

The trip allows a great balance between activities where we see all the top sights and also free time to let us do even more. It’s a great induction to Bali and amazing for solo travellers, couples, or friends travelling together. 5 star experience !!

Absolutely excellent tour. Great pacing and good mixture of activities and chill time. Really feel like we had a good flavour of the culture and scenery of Bali and the surrounding islands.

I feel like my group's experience in Bali was made better because Andri had so much knowledge of the places and the culture as he is from Indonesia himself. Andri, our tour guide, has been so unbelievably helpful in organising the group and helping with onward travel- it’s been really appreciated. Also fun and got really involved in conversation. The group all got ill at one point (travellers belly) and Andri consistently made sure we were all as comfortable as possible. I loved the activities I got to experience (when I wasn’t ill) in particular the bike tour around Gili T Island. Thanks for every thing!

Our leader was great! Some of the accommodations were horrible. Our last 3 nights in Gili T we had to purchase Separate accommodations. The rooms were very grimy and uncomfortable.
