Great trip, solid tour guides and very fun group. Pre trip instructions were unclear and difficult to locate. Flying into Nairobi was unnecessary; the trip could have started in Arusha.

Hard to fault the experience. Excellent itinerary. Only slight criticism was that first day on safari (Arusha-Tarangire-Lake Manyara Serena Lodge seemed very long. Maybe an overnight stop near Tarangire would have worked better. Could also have spent a full day in Ngorongoro Crater and returned to Arusha the following day for flight to Zanzibar. Anton our safari guide was tremendous - very knowledgeable and an extremely safe driver. We would have missed 80% of the wildlife without him. Always willing to help and to explain the environment. Overall organisation was flawless. Everything worked and transfers all were on schedule. Safari vehicle did all that was required and seemed very reliable
