Through the works of Discover Morocco, we fall in love with this beautiful and vibrant country. I have zero evidence of bad, but rather all showing good will and great help; hiccups turned into deep fun. The main driver also guide who lives in Marrakech and shepherded us through most of our trip through strange cities, mountains and desserts, deserved my heartfelt appreciation. He is the true backbone of DM and Morocco. Make no mistake, Morocco is no Swiss, and this is a most unique discovery not a military muster. Our pickup from Marrakech to Casablanca was late due to a flat tire, but the young driver from Casablanca not only made up with his in depth introduction to the country, but also opened his heart, which was contagious and cured my attitude of smallness. The night pick up from the train station in Rabat was also late; the tall, handsome, rescuing driver apologized profusely, non-stop pointing out sceneries, never attempting to shift blame elsewhere; how refreshing. Finally, we are now back home from the tour for a month, the experiences are still astounding. Time and money well spent, indeed.
