Most was well organised. I chose this tour because it had to fit around another reason I was going. Hotels that dont open for breakfast before you need to catch a tour have a problem. Some directions were very vague and I nearly missed a bus because of it. NZ has some unusual street design expecting people to know things without clear or sufficient signage.
