Some smart itineraries connect north to El Calafate, adding Perito Moreno Glacier to your Torres del Paine autumn experience. The full-circuit treks feel more remote this time of year, with plenty of quiet moments at viewpoints and on trails. Two solid choices stand out for Torres del Paine - Signature Tours and Patagonia Planet. Our travelers consistently tell us these companies really know what they're doing, especially when things don't go according to plan. They've handled everything from last-minute flight changes to medical situations smoothly and professionally. The guides make a big difference here. Laura, Mercedes and also Peter get lots of specific mentions for really knowing the park's trails, wildlife and local history. They're genuinely helpful and make sure everyone's comfortable with the pace. Just so you have the full picture - while most feedback is positive, a few travelers felt the 4-Day Discovery tour from Signature Tours was a bit expensive for what you get. There were also some communication challenges with guide Andre, whose English skills made it tough for some guests to follow along. Both companies are reliable choices, but I'd suggest looking at their longer tours rather than the 4-day option for better value. The guides' expertise and the companies' solid organization make a real difference when you're exploring somewhere as remote as Torres del Paine.
