Really enjoyed this tour. Our tour guide Mercedes was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations. Overall the itinerary was good. One suggestion I would make is to spread out some scheduled activities over a couple of days. There were some days where too much was planned in one day so it was difficult to cover everything well. Then a whole day was left as free time which was too much. Our guide was able to move things around so that we had less free time on one day but able to do everything well. That flexibility was very good.

We had the best time! We got to visit so many places and historical sites, the towns were beautiful. Our guides Orlina and Sara were wonderful! Very friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. We got to see so much of northern Portugal in the time that we had.
I decided to book a tour so all the work was done for me and I am so glad I did! Everything went so smoothly. All the transfers, train tickets and tour vouchers were texted to me every day. The tours were all well done. We especially loved the Douro valley wine tasting and boat ride. The hotels were both excellent and in great locations to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. I would definitely use Tour Radar again.
