Lodging: All four accommodations were very good. All hotels were clean with excellent staff. The restaurants in each were also very good. Guides: Three different guides were used in the various cities. Each of them were knowledgeable about the locations and provided the desired level of detail. All spoke our language very well and respected our needs. Attractions: Some were better than others, but all provided an education of the location and the culture. I feel like the company would make for a better, customized. Experience by offering additional choices. We had nothing scheduled until 3pm one day, but we wanted to see the Golden Bridge. I wouldn’t have known it existed had I not researched it. Giving that type of option may enhance someone’s experience. Communication: I had no issues with communicating before, during, or after the tour. The company was very responsive and made different accommodations for us after significant flight delays. There is a lot of stress with international travel and it’s great when you simply don’t need to worry about anything. This was my experience with the Vietnam tour. Drivers: This started out a little rough with our driver not being there when we first arrived. We had to wait about 20 minutes, but then he was there to pick us up. While 20 min is not a long time -per se, after traveling over 24 hours to arrive, it was simply an annoyance. The drivers were very kind and safe though. My only other driving issue was the selected shuttle for getting us to the bay. I was surprised when it made two additional stops to pick up other groups. I would have preferred private transportation as I had requested the entirety of the trip. Summary: I feel the trip was a pretty good value and gave good information on the culture. Everyone we came into contact with was great, especially our guides. When booking these tours, you do not want to have to worry about anything and that was the case for this experience. I never felt like communication was an issue and always felt safe. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Guides were great ho chi min city. Very poor 3star hotel we would have paid for an upgrade we contemplated moving unhappy people to greet us no information where to go what to do we discovered district 1 on the last day such a waste of time walking around . The north we loved Sigon we hated last 3 days poor
