Egypt and Jordan River Cruises

Every aspect of this tour was outstanding, from the days in Cairo to the Nile River cruise to the days in Jordan and Israel. We asked for extra days in Israel and Jessi our driver and guide there stayed with us even on the extra days. Both Jessi and Mustafa were excellent caretakers, and the food and accommodation was well worth the price of the tour.

We had an excellent experience with this company. From the beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and highly supportive. When our luggage was delayed by the airline, they went above and beyond by coordinating directly with the airline, assisting us throughout the process, and ensuring our luggage was delivered to our hotel. Overall, our experience was very positive. Most of the guides were knowledgeable and professional; however, the Aswan tour guide did not meet our expectations. The company addressed our feedback appropriately. The White Desert was a highlight of our trip. The team was highly professional we had the opportunity to meet the manager, who accompanied us during our night in the desert. They prepared dinner, played music, and created a memorable and enjoyable atmosphere. It was truly an amazing evening. Our guide was exceptional, and the driver who picked us up from the hotel also provided excellent service. We concluded our journey in Jordan, where the service remained exceptional. We were warmly welcomed at the airport and assisted with the visa process. Our driver to Petra and the Dead Sea was professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. We greatly appreciate the level of service provided and highly recommend this company. This was one of the greatest trips in my life! I love how they could customize certain attractions and they were quick to communicate and tried to work with you! I would highly recommend this company and I would definitely do it all over again!
