We had an excellent experience with this company. From the beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and highly supportive. When our luggage was delayed by the airline, they went above and beyond by coordinating directly with the airline, assisting us throughout the process, and ensuring our luggage was delivered to our hotel. Overall, our experience was very positive. Most of the guides were knowledgeable and professional; however, the Aswan tour guide did not meet our expectations. The company addressed our feedback appropriately. The White Desert was a highlight of our trip. The team was highly professional we had the opportunity to meet the manager, who accompanied us during our night in the desert. They prepared dinner, played music, and created a memorable and enjoyable atmosphere. It was truly an amazing evening. Our guide was exceptional, and the driver who picked us up from the hotel also provided excellent service. We concluded our journey in Jordan, where the service remained exceptional. We were warmly welcomed at the airport and assisted with the visa process. Our driver to Petra and the Dead Sea was professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. We greatly appreciate the level of service provided and highly recommend this company. My husband and I chose adventure awaits Egypt Jordan for 14 days Tour. Everything went great. I must say that we enjoyed all stays. recommend all the optional tours we did: Camel ride in Plateau of Giza, abu simbel ,Luxor horse carriage,Nubian village tour in Aswan and quad bike in wadirum The only negative note that I would like to point out is: the cancellation for our sunrise hot air balloon over king's valley because it was windy on this day which was out of control, I wish if we have gotten more days in luxor to do it. the communication with the different local guides by WhatsApp was very smooth , I would like to advise everyone to buy a data Sim card as soon as they arrive in Egypt & Jordan, all the guides and companions in Egypt Jordan are always informed about everything. Beautiful trip, we hope to return soon! Thank you!

What an amazing experience. My son and I visited all the ancient sites in Egypt and Jordan and it was completed with knowledgeable and friendly tour guides, taking all the uncertainty and hassle away from us. We were met at the airport (air side) by a representative who took us through the security/visa system and into the waiting mini-bus. The hotels we stayed at were of a high standard and we had the same mini-bus/driver throughout each country which gave us a familiarity and a good level of peace-of-mind when leaving any baggage there during the day excursions. I picked this expedition as not only did it 'tick' all the Egypt main sites but we also got to visit Jordan - two for one! And our tour guides were fantastic, very knowledgeable (with top qualifications in their fields) but they also had a good control on the tour and did all of this in a warm and friendly manner. I would certainly use Expat again for our future holidays. Thank you!
