The itinerary was a perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and cultural immersion. We explored stunning coastal towns like Split and Dubrovnik, swam in the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea, and hiked through a breathtaking national park. Each destination offered something unique and unforgettable.
Becca was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help. Her passion for Croatia was contagious and added so much value to the experience. Becca took us to hidden gems and local spots we would never have found on our own.
I highly recommend Intro Travel for anyone looking to explore Croatia. A five-star experience all the way!

I had Morgan W as a group leader and he was amazing. I’ve had him as a group leader before in Bali and this was one of the reasons I booked this trip as I knew I would be in good hands. He always made sure everyone was having a great time and made sure each individuals needs were met throughout the trip. I wouldn’t change a thing about the tour as it was just incredible.

I could go on forever! During the trip I always felt safe! Morgan W. was the best group leader we could have wished for! He went above and beyond to make sure that we were all having fun. Being my first solo trip , I was somewhat nervous and had idea what to expect but soon as I arrived I felt at complete ease with Morgan and Sam as our group leaders running an amazing tour well organi…Being my first solo trip , I was somewhat nervous and had idea what to expect but soon as I arrived I felt at complete ease with Morgan and Sam as our group leaders running an amazing tour well organised , budgeted and still covering all aspects of Cambodian life , was an amazing 10 days with the tour providing a great balance of activities and free time plus covering a large area of Cambodia , not to mention meeting some awesome people to travel with during my trip with everyone super friendly and travelling solo like me so was easy to relate , already keen for my next trip and recommend to anyone wanting a awesome experience whilst unsure about travelling solo

Koh Rong island was a definite highlight especially the private boat trip to Samelon with snorkelling, fishing and watching the sunset on Lazy Beach.
Morgan was a fantastic leader in Cambodia who made the trip an awesome experience. If anyone had any issues he was there straight away to help out. The trip went down with no problems at all.

Morgan was really helpful before and throughout the trip. Giving many suggestions on what to do in the free time with any additional hints and tips.
All activities planned was brilliant. Favourite time was in Kampot at the Plantation where we did the cooking class.
I'm not a beachy person and still thoroughly enjoyed Koh Rong. I can't swim and snorkelled for the first time - Morgan made sure I was fine throughout, so you'll be well looked after if you're ever concerned.
Angkor Wat was amazing - early start but definitely worth it!
Highly recommend this tour around Cambodia. Well organised and the activities are great!

Det giver en frihed i at rejse rundt, og oveni møde en masse interessante mennesker fra verden rundt! De sørger også for, at man får set meget af det lokale og få et par lokale oplevelser, fremfor udelukkende fuldstændig turisme og attraktioner. Vores guide, Morgan, har altid fået stemningen og humøret op under turen, og har været meget imødekommende og hjælpsom på alle måder. Alt i alt har det været en virkelig god oplevelse, med en gruppe dejlige mennesker i et skønt og spændende land, og det er uden tvivl en tur der er uforglemmelig :)

He also kept in touch for the few days we stayed on after the tour just checking in and joining us for food and drinks which was really nice. Highlights for me were Kampot and Koh Rong. Would strongly recommend the high point as an optional extra on Koh Rong and the circus performance in Siem Reap. Will absolutely book an Intro tour in the future, just need to choose one!

The tour included some amazing things my faves were seeing Angkor Wat and the temples in Siem Riep and visiting the S1 prison and killing fields in Phnom Penh.

The minute I arrived in Bali, alone, I was made to feel at ease and I was introduced to the other travellers by our guide over dinner.
The whole trip was made easy with every activity, dinner reservation and all transport being planned. You just had to roll out of bed and onto a bus to your next destination. I barely touched my luggage the entire time it was there as it was transported from hotel to hotel by the intro team.
We got the opportunity to make some incredible memories. The highlights for me were swimming with manta rays and attempting (very badly) to surf.
Without Morgan this trip would not have been the same. He was always there cracking jokes, dancing erm differently and checking in on you which puts you at ease when you’re a solo traveller.
Morgan was always able to answer our questions and took time to get to know everyone individually. He encouraged you to make the most of the trip and to do things you didn’t think you had the courage to do. Massive thank you to Morgan for making this experience unforgettable. If you get a chance to go on one of his tours then make sure you do!

The itinerary was amazing and I love that you don't have to worry about anything - you just get up, jump in a minibus and get taken to all these fantastic places. My highlights were seeing the dolphins, the amazing sunsets, visiting a Balinese family, Gili T and scuba diving (this isn't included in the price but I highly recommend doing it when you visit Gili T). The icing on the cake was our group leader, Morgan, who was super friendly and approachable, so fun to be around and always making everyone laugh. I can't thank him enough for making our time in Bali even more memorable. He is an absolute asset to the company and this experience wouldn't have been the same without him! And the same goes for the other people on the tour - I've made friends for life and have already booked another tour with some of them. Bottom line - if your having doubts about booking with Intro, ignore them, book it and I guarantee you'll have the most amazing time with some amazing people :-)

It is certainly a very stress free way of travelling as everything is sorted for you and great support given when you want to do additional activities etc ( I recommend doing the scuba diving on your free morning)
The price is fantastic for everything you get throughout the tour and there wasn't any hidden charges.
Morgan is a fantastic group leader who has a great buzz of energy. He was super approachable, great to have a laugh with and nothing was ever to much trouble. Making our trip around Bali amazing

Just an all round fantastic experience, it’s easy to book, you don’t have to think about where you’re going or what you’re doing or how you’re going to get there, where to eat etc as it’s all organise…Just an all round fantastic experience, it’s easy to book, you don’t have to think about where you’re going or what you’re doing or how you’re going to get there, where to eat etc as it’s all organised for you so you can just kick back and enjoy your time on holiday. Morgan was such a laugh and really brought the group together, any problems it was easy to go to him to sort it out. We were taken to the main attractions of each location but also other places which you would not necessarily see if travelling on your own. The whole tour was well organised with seamless transitions between locations. Morgan, my group leader, provided insightful information about the culture, each location and activities. He had a great relationship with the locals which made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend doing the 15 day tour over the 12 day as Nusa Lembongan is not something to be missed. The manta ray snorkel trip was definitely one of my highlights of the trip. Overall, the tour was an amazing experience which I would recommend to anyone. It was an unforgettable two weeks and I left having made some really good friends.

He is always checking everyone is okay with things such as food and accommodation etc and if there is any problems he will sort it out straight away for you. If anyone in the group was not confident in an activity he would always help and be understanding. Couldn’t have asked for a better group leader!

Just book this tour. Seriously. It’s absolutely brilliant from start to finish. You get to see a completely different part of the world, friendly locals, knowledge local tour guides, world class beach…Just book this tour. Seriously. It’s absolutely brilliant from start to finish. You get to see a completely different part of the world, friendly locals, knowledge local tour guides, world class beaches, partying, surfing, dolphin spotting, scuba diving, monkey jungles, ancient temples like you’re in Indiana Jones...the list in endless. You are taken care of from the moment you land in Bali to the moment you have to step back on the plane to go back to reality. A special mention to our guide Morgan who went above and beyond to make everyone’s time so special, he looked and bonded the group superbly. I was apprehensive before going as I’ve been on these types of tours before and they can be a let down, but Intro Travel (and especially Morgan) have smashed this one out of the park. Book it, you will have so many memories to look back on when you are old and can’t do this sort of thing anymore!!

Everything about the tour is so well organised, from the moment you are picked up from the airport, all of your accommodation, activities and transport sorted- even your bags are transported from hotel to hotel ahead of you so there’s no worrying about lugging your bags around. All the included activities are hosted by local guides so you get the best experience and there are activities to suit everybody’s interests. From surfing to cooking to swimming in an incredible waterfall, it doesn’t matter if you’ve never tried something because there will always be somebody else who hasn’t done it too! There’s also opportunities to try out extra activities like scuba diving (I did this on Gili T and it was unbelievable) or if you prefer, have some down time on of the beaches or beautiful pools. The accommodation is great, every hotel has a pool, WiFi and is of a great standard. Special mention to my group leader Morgan- he was honestly incredible! From the moment the group got together he has a natural skill of breaking ice and got everybody talking together. He was there for everything you could possibly mention, from helping with getting to grips with Indonesian currency to recommending the best bars and restaurants. I loved that every place we went he had a relationship with the locals and guides because it made the whole group feel like they fitted in. He kept the energy alive throughout the trip and it wouldn’t have been the same without him. Legend. So if you’re thinking about booking it...go for it- I’ve already paid a deposit for another Intro trip!

He was so attentive always making sure everyone was happy and comfortable the entire trip (I probably owe him a lot of money in sea sickness tablets) and did literally everything to help us - from sorting out further travel to swapping his front car seat when people were carsick to walking us home from the clubs even if he wasn’t done partying. His flossing dance skills were not up to speed but we can forgive him for that due to high levels of legendosity.
I can’t think of anything Intro could add to make the trip itinerary better, & thanks to Morgan & my group I spent most of the time in tears laughing. Highly recommend this tour!!

Morgan, our guide, gave the tour a hilarious and chilled out atmosphere where I think everybody felt they had been included in the 12 days. I had never been on a tour before this, but after having had such a great experience will definitely be considering another tour as soon as possible. He was also really helpful in planning further tours and not only giving you ideas for what to do following the tour but offered as much assistance as you needed to get there, make bookings, and plan an itinerary. All in all he really added something to the trip!

First of all, no tour is complete without an epic leader. Morgan is the sweetest, most attentive and kind leader I have had the pleasure of meeting. He is very laid back but in the best possible way. I never felt like this was a job to him and he felt like a friend enjoying the tour with us. The only exception being, he was arranging everything and keeping us informed and in line every hour of every day without ever seeming irritable or tired. He put the whole group at ease in every situation, whether we were feeling sick and needed motion sickness tablets, or cut foots needed iodine or hangovers needed hydration sachets - Morgan was first on the scene to take care of you and make sure you were ok. His knowledge of the tour, places, people and cultures were a massive plus for us newbies and no question was too silly for him to answer. He put the needs of the group and the enjoyment of the group first and it really made the experience what it was. I can’t imagine doing this tour with anyone else.
Now for the tour itself. Wow. The inclusions on this trip are truly once in a lifetime experiences and the travel covered in the short time makes it well worth your money. The standard of accommodation on this trip is insane, definately the best I’ve seen. Highlight being the private villa in Lovina and the Ubud Cottages. In terms of activities, snorkelling at Gili T and the volcano hike in Ubud were my favourites. Ive attached some pictures of my favourite places and people. The only suggestion I would have which I wouldn’t say is even a cristicim is more meals. It’s just much easier to not worry about carrying cash and paying extra for breakfast/dinners. I would have been happy to pay a little more for the tour to have this included:)

All the accommodation was great and the trip felt more like a luxury holiday than travelling, which I can’t complain about! All the meals we were provided with were lovely as well as all the food we could buy in the restaurants. Morgan was a great team leader and with his enthusiasm it made the travelling experience a lot better that I can imagine it may have been on my own. He helped the group mix really well and also had a lot of involvement which I enjoyed! I find it a lot more relaxed having a tour guide who is more of a friend rather than a guide. Morgan was also great at giving recommendations for food and things to do on our chill days! I had so much fun on the trip and made some great friends! His presence alone was what made the tour worth while as the tour itself was not as good as I expected itinerary wise and the you had to pay for most of your meals. Hotels were ok nothing spectacular and I couldn’t sleep on a number of nights as it was so noisy in hotels that you would expect to deliver a “premium” service. Overall I do think the tour is over priced for what it is based on all of the above so would advise the company to beef up the itinerary, include all meals and drinks and make sure they have group leaders like Morgan.

I met some amazing people and went to some really incredible places around Bali - one of my favourite places being Nusa Lembongan, which is the extra location you go to on the 15 day tour. Having said this, for the extra 3 days you pay for there’s only really one day of activities (snorkeling with manta rays). The it would have been better to have done something else while on the island. The activities we did were great but I definitely feel that more activities could be included, you have a lot of spare time (especially on travel days) which you could fit more into. For example, a few of us paid extra to do paddle boarding in Gili T which would have made sense to be included. Also, the Bali swing feels like a HUGE opportunity that Intro Travel have missed out on as its not far from a Ubud. Most of the accommodation was really nice and the locations were insane but a couple of the hotel rooms were a bit naff. The hotels in Canggu and Nusa Lembongan were my favourites by a mile. We didn’t get to stay in the villa which was within the itinerary so that was disappointing as I was really looking forward to this accommodation! The meals that were included were decent and we went to some really nice restaurants but it would have been nice to have had more included and for a soft drink to be included in those meals too. Morgan was a great tour leader - was always willing to help and was a good laugh, especially on a night out! Overall, I did really enjoy the tour and would love to come back to Bali for another adventure!!

All the hotels I stayed in had charater and they were enjoyable to stop in, including the breakfasts in the morning and the restaurant choices throughout the day.
The transportation was also really good - air conditioned and comfortable.
Overall it’s been incredible and I’m really glad I chose Intro travel and had the pleasure of having Morgan as our group leader (what a legend)

By and large the tour was an instant winner because of 3); our guide. Knowledgeable, approachable and funny Morgan Wayland is the type of tour guide that will make any tour come alive. He went the extra mile to ensure everybody on the team was well looked after and was having a good time. He had a great sense of humour and was very honest with people; which made people warm to him.
For anybody in any doubt the definitive conclusion is:

Our guide, Morgan, was brilliant - he was always on hand with tips and recommendations, especially for things to do in our spare time and food. He also saved me from slipping down the volcano a few times! Morgan is incredibly knowledgeable about Bali and has huge enthusiasm for his job which shines through. The tour would not have been the same without him. Can not recommend this tour enough.

From the moment he met me at the airport to helping me with onwards travel at the end of the tour, he was helpful and kind. He remained professional while also making us feel he was part of the group and made this trip an experience of a lifetime I'll never forget. Can't recommend enough.

Every hotel we stayed in was absolutely INSANE, super nice scenery and always central locations, close to restaurants, beaches etc.
Morgan was an amazing group leader, super friendly and informative. Always SO organised and always up for a laugh and the trip would 100% not be the same without him. His nuggets of Bali knowledge are imprinted on my brain.

Morgan helped so much with information during the tour and onward travel. The tour was so welcoming and made easy because Morgan appeared to be more of a friend to everyone, getting rid of any awkwardness we may have had by being with big group of strangers and had us all enjoying the sun, culture and each others company with a bottle of Bintang!
I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone and want to thank Morgan for making our trip with his random questionable facts, amazing food recommendations in every stop we made and for putting up with us for a whole 12 days!

However there was just one thing that I didn’t quite enjoy, which was the timing of the temples during the hottest hours of the Day wasn’t a very practical or good idea, I could enjoy it because it was just very hot, maybe if it was early of the morning or later in the afternoon.

Morgan helped us so much with onward travel and accommodation. I don’t think I would have been able to experience Bali in such an amazing way if I hadn’t gone with intro travel. Insane tour thanks Morgan!!

The accomodation and itinerary was very organized and made it a stress free travel. There was always WiFi and Aircon with modern clean rooms. Lovina was beautiful, the private villa and pool was absolutely stunning. Morgan was a great tour guide and always socialized with the group. He was always around if you needed to ask any questions or needed other advice of activities on free days. The surfing, rice paddies, snorkeling and volcano trek were some of the best bits. Another highlight was going scuba diving on one of the free days in Gili T from a company recommend by Morgan. Things that could be improved would be to make it more clear the activities or going out for meals were optional. For those who are organized, maybe provide and itinerary with the actual timing for each day and activities. On the days when we went out for longer times e.g the temple in uluwatu then the beach then dinner... tell the group and particularly the girls to pack spare change of clothes and wet wipes etc so we don’t feel so grimey in a nice restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would come back to Bali again. I would highly recommend coming on the Bali Intro tour and recommend Morgan as a leader.

Morgan made me feel so comfortable and at ease before I even arrived by making sure I knew exactly where I was going with taxis etc. He was really caring and made us feel like a little family. He was so knowledgeable and well travelled he’s made me want to travel even more. He was so much fun but also very organised and professional so the trip was perfect. I’m so happy this was my first tour and I had Morgan as a leader as he really looked after us all and helped us all connect. Thank you for everything Morgan and for pushing me out of my comfort zone in order to try new experiences!

Negatives: food! Didn't see a single local in any of the restaurants we ate at. Food is aimed at westerners, not a local experience. Enjoy your burgers. All the hotels were near/on
building sites, so not relaxing at all as a lot of noise and dust. Maybe the time of year? (November?)

It did not disappoint and pleasantly surprised and delighted me many times. To start, airport transfers to and from are fully included, and took the stress out of travelling to our meeting point, after many long hours of flying.
The itinerary helps tour participants tick many items off their proverbial Bali bucket list: temples, beaches, beach clubs, surfing, sunsets, hidden waterfalls, expansive rice paddies, outrigger boating and dolphin spotting on the Bali Sea, optional diving, and snorkeling in many different spots with the opportunity to see beautiful natural coral reefs, tropical fish, man-introduced underwater coral structures, sea turtles, manta rays (!!!) all in crystal clear waters, on stunning naturally beautiful beach fronts. The cooking class was very fun, and the local family visit warmed our hearts. You will see monkeys several times on this trip - they're an absolute riot, and the Sacred Ubud Monkey Forest is just as captivating as its inhabitants.
While most days had definitive agendas, wake-up times and hotel check-outs were very reasonable, and there was time remaining for street exploring, shopping and impromptu stops for ice-cream and gelato.
The group size of 16 is wonderful allowing for close-knit relationships to form, and interesting conversations to be had. The local transport passenger vans were fully air-conditioned, spacious, driven safely and offered water refills. Travel days were short in comparison to other tours and breaks were added in skillfully near shops or viewpoints. Fast ferries were preferable to long ones, even if a sea-sickness tablet was needed on account of unavoidable choppy seas.
Included meals were very good, with menus offering plenty of variety. On days where meals were not included, Intro Travel always made reservations for the entire group at a great local restaurant to take the guesswork out for their participants. Going off on one's own was also accepted at these times, should someone have had the interest.
Our tour group had the unorthodox, but delightful opportunity to have two different group leaders - Craig for the first two days and Morgan for the remainder. Both made such a good impression of the quality of Intro Travel group leaders; they were attentive and kind, and in close contact regularly through Messenger. Morgan was a constant positive force for our group, and took it upon himself to take corrective measures immediately, in the event of or to avoid, perceived disappointment. Something as simple as working with each restaurant's management team to ensure the meals got out quickly and in their entirety for everyone, did not go unnoticed - he really worked hard to ensure we all had the best time possible.
This tour really is a cut above - the accommodations are modern, clean, in a good location geographically, and there was always access to a pool, many were infinity edge and very enjoyable. I recommend this tour to those especially that are travelling alone; you will not be disappointed with the itinerary or the company.
If there was any improvement to be made - an additional day in Canggu would have been wonderful. The volcano trek was more challenging than anticipated, but everyone completed the adventure and the massage scheduled for us the that afternoon was a good call on Intro's part!

Some of the restaurants weren’t great particularly the place before and after gili for lunch. I would give more information for asthma’s sufferers etc about the volcano trek and be clear form start they most likely won’t be able to do any diving.
Overall the tour is fantastic though and the days in Lovina with dolphins and Balinese family visit are really special.
