I booked Choose Balkans for a 10 day hike across the Balkan Alps. The hikes were phenomenal and took me across 3 countries Albania, Montenegro, and Kosovo. Was stood out to me is the support and help I received from Brikena! She made sure to keep track of me and provided me with critical assistant for a guesthouse booking issue and helped during one of the hikes that happened during bad weather. I think Brikena's help stood out to me, because how she worked when things were not smooth sailing and proved to me that they are a reliable and great tour operators. Overall I would highly recommend them! I would rate her and Choose Balkan 10/10 in all categories: itenary, accomodation, customer support before and during the activity.

My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic experience on the 7-Day Self-Guided Peaks of the Balkans Tour with Choose Balkans. The entire trip was exceptionally well organized from start to finish, allowing us to fully enjoy one of the most beautiful hiking regions we have ever visited. The landscapes throughout Albania, Kosovo and Montenegro were simply breathtaking. Every day offered stunning mountain scenery, authentic villages and unforgettable hiking experiences. It was truly a week we will remember for a long time. A special thanks goes to Brikena, who provided outstanding support before and during the tour. Communication was excellent at all times. We received helpful weather briefings, all our questions were answered promptly, and we always felt well informed and taken care of. We were also impressed by the quality of Choose Balkans’ local partners. Transfers and accommodations were arranged perfectly, and everyone involved was well informed about our itinerary. In most cases, simply mentioning that we were traveling with Choose Balkans was enough, and everything worked smoothly with excellent service. As this was a self-guided trek through remote mountain areas, some accommodations were naturally more basic, reflecting the rural surroundings and local conditions. However, they were authentic, welcoming and exactly what we expected from this type of adventure. Overall, we can highly recommend Choose Balkans to anyone looking for a professionally organized and memorable Peaks of the Balkans experience. Thank you for an unforgettable week!

I went on this tour with my family using the Indie4x4 app and it was so much better than I thought it would be!! The app is really easy to use and the sights were incredible. Thank you Medraft so much for such a fun tour!
