When I started to plan my trip, Sonia was very helpful, providing information and options and answering my questions. She provided a lot of information about what to do and what not to do, which was really appreciated. In other reviews I read that she kept in contact with the people throughout their tours. She only contacted me once, on day 6 of my 8 day tour. I requested all female tourguides, as a solo female traveller, I just felt more comfortable with female guides, yet my 2nd guide was male, and I was not informed of this change. My driver, Shahid was great. He was always on time and he always explained to me the surroundings. He was also very helpful and assisted me whenever I needed assistance. Tour Guides. Shelly, My tour guide in Delhi was my favourite, she have a great personality and explained everything in so much detail, she was also very patient with me. Even though she was a bit sick, she still made my tour a great experience. My tour guide in Agra, the male guide, was fine. He explained very well, we had good conversations, bit at times it felt like he was rushing me to move on. Pinky, my guide in Jaipur (Pinky from the Pink City) was also great. Although the weather was miserable (heavy rain at times) she still did her best to make my time special and do as much as the weather allowed us to do. I also had a great time with her. The company representative in Ranthambore, Naval welcomed we warmly upon my arrival at the hotel, he was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience and I couldn't have done it without Joyful Holidays. I would recommend them without a doubt....
