I had such an incredible time. I was fully immersed in the experience and culture and teachings of Chiang Mai from the incredible mountain tops and temples to experiencing working with such majestic creatures, to cooking original Thai dishes was just magical. Our assistant Wad was phenomenal he shared all of his knowledge and culture from his heart while guiding us through this incredible experience I will be forever grateful with the memories that I have walked away with Thank you so much ???
