Historical Tours & Trips in Greece, Italy and Spain

I had the best experience with Europamundo in Greece. Antanstasia, my guide from Athens to Igooumenitsa, was amazing! She imparted the history and culture of ancient Greece while both driving and toggling between English and Spanish. She forged a bond with me and two others from Paraguay. The couple from Paraguay and I continued on through Italy. The towns of Aberobello, Capri and Pompeii were incredible. Europamundo packs much into its itineraries and delivers an excellent product. The drivers were amazing, including a bus driver in Italy who navigated winding, narrow, steep roads. Good value.

We had a wonderful vacation. Whenever I had questions they were very quick to respond. I would recommend upgrading to the 5 star hotels. The one in Santorini was amazing! Wish we woukd have had more time. Our Athens excursion to Acropolis was cancelled due to excessive heat, they arranged a private driver to take us all around for 4 hours. It was amazing to have a local show us all the highlights! Definitely will be going back and using tour radar!

all in all a good trip, but in respect to the hotels that we stayed in after each day we found the even though they were listed as 4 star we feel there were a few key facilities that were missing there were no tea or coffee making facilities in most of the rooms of the hotels we stayed in. after a long days traveling and sight seeing a nice cup of tea or coffee in the peace and quiet of our hotel room would have been nice. the other challenges for me and my partner were the bathrooms. we are 67 and 70 years old respectively we are not over the hill, but we found the baths shower combination in most of the hotel rooms challenging with some of them being quiet slippery when having a shower then trying to get out without slipping over. walk in showers are the way forward and shower mates in all.
