Great tour with a easy to follow pace
My tour experienced was beyond my expectations despite we were late to join the group for 2 days due to some problems for our lay over in Moscow which was a hell to me and very bad experienced in that…My tour experienced was beyond my expectations despite we were late to join the group for 2 days due to some problems for our lay over in Moscow which was a hell to me and very bad experienced in that place.Luckily we were able to joined the fantastic group in Fatima. Our tour guide Estefania was very helpful and knowledgeable. She is a very nice tour guide. Also Sergio ( driver) was very nice and helpful for all the needs of the group. I’m looking forward for next trip with Cosmos hoping my tour guide still Estefania Cortes and Sergio the bus driver. Hotels were good but foods in some hotel not really great but still ok.

I was disappointed with my experience on the Prague, Vienna, Budapest tour. The hotels were average and in very inconvenient locations about a half hour/45 minutes outside the city centers. The hotel …I was disappointed with my experience on the Prague, Vienna, Budapest tour. The hotels were average and in very inconvenient locations about a half hour/45 minutes outside the city centers. The hotel in Vienna was in a very seedy location. The breakfasts were not good. In each city, we got an hour-long guided tour and then a couple hours to explore on our own. Then we had to meet at specific times to return to the hotel and unless you booked the excursions you would get stranded at the hotel. (Unless you're willing to take public transportation) The tour guide acted like we were bothering her even if we had the simplest question. The bus was clean but you were not allowed to use the bathroom on the bus. It felt like we spent half the trip traveling from one city to another. Starting and ending the tour in Munich wasted a lot of time and didn't make sense because it wasn't close to the other cities at all.
Overall, this was a very rushed tour and more meals and sightseeing activities should be included for the price.

Good tour . But first section of the train ride was not good as I expected . Unable to see much beauty of Canda. European Masterpiece (from London to Amsterdam)
Overall the European Masterpiece tour was good. It is long and you spend many hours riding in the bus.

1. You see a lot of Europe and it gives you a pretty good over view of Countries.

Pros:
1. You see a lot of Europe and it gives you a pretty good over view of Countries.
2. The Hotel rooms over all were fine, France and London were pretty small but the rest were fine. Anywhere we stayed you could take a taxi to any part of the inner city.
3. The guide Amylia was very good and gave many a history lesson on the way.
Cons:
1. Included meals were average, a few were good but most were average.
2. Many of the so called "Included Tours" were nothing more than a tourist trap to get you to buy something so Cosmos could get a kickback. Example: Leather Factory in Florence, we spent 1 hour on a walking tour and then got trapped in a so called Leather Factory for 2 hours. It was nothing more than a high end shop that sold everything at exorbitant prices. We stopped at a Perfume Factory for 2 hours and my wife was given the hard sell at the end and didn't appreciate it. We stopped at a Glass Blowing Company for and hour and a half, it was another tourist trap. In Amsterdam we stopped at a Diamond factory (another trap) but we left before it started and we took our own tour of Amsterdam.
Optional Excursions:
We went to all at a cost of $2,800. There were only 2 I would not do again. In Greece I do not recommend the Aegean Cruise to 3 Islands. The ship is a large Cruise type ship that holds about 1,000 people. We were lucky enough to get a seat together with our group (5). If you got up someone would try to get your seat. You cruise for 2 hours and then get about 45 minutes to get off at the first Island and all that is there are shops and Restaurants. You then cruise another hour and a half for another 45 minute visit of again Restaurants and shops. You then cruise another hour and then spend 2 hours on another Island and guess what all that is there are shops and restaurants. Our group felt it was a complete waste of a day.
In Innsbruck we went to a Tyrolean Folklore Evening which is a lively folklore show with yodeling and schuhplattln (folk dancing and singing), zither playing and alp horn blowing. No dinner was included. The beer (1 included) was okay, the wine (1 included) was horrible.
The next night we were in Lucerne and went to a Swiss Folklore. Raise a glass and toast an unforgettable evening of traditional entertainment during this excursion featuring a 3-course feast of local specialties, alphorns, yodeling, and festive Swiss music and dancing. This had dinner included but was the exact same songs as the night before. I say pick one but don't do both, they are the same shows.
Finally know before you go, you see a lot of Europe, you will spend 6 hours average a day on the bus, Cosmos stops at all Tourist traps on the way, but in spite of this we had a good overall experience.
For me and my wife personally we would not do 30 days again, it was just to much.

Excellent guide and driver. Itinerary was thorough and fast paced. Included breakfasts were good. Evening meals were lacking.
The guide was very thoughtful knowledgeable and attentive. I loved what I saw. only complaints would be with some of the accommodations. Im very glad we had someone to handle our bags.

the best one was Royal Scot. the one in Banff was too remote and didn’t include decent dining options. the same iin Lake Jasper, although they overcharged for a simple breakfast because there were few options. 18 Cad for breakfast and they wouldn’t spring for real Maple syrup? anyway the tour was awesome. many thx to our guide and driver
Too hurried, poor hotels, didn't stop enough for pictures, London bus race caused tours to be canceled, disappointing and frustrating overall.

Two hotels on our tour were not acceptable. Our hotel in Oslo was near a ski slope far away from town, where we wasted half the day of our one day stop in the Capital..

Our hotel in Stockholm was again far away from town and we spent a lot taking a taxi to town and back.. thank God our hotel in Bergen was downtown.. where we were comfortably independent to walk to the sights.
The guide and the driver of our bus were excellent , helpful and capable. On a fast paced tour like this the location of hotels is as important as the quality.

Rome, Sorrento & Capri with Sicily
itinerary was what we wanted. not enough time in Pompei. Hotels could have been a little nicer, closer to the cities.
