All the tours were as promised and more. While 4 tours in 4 days was hectic, it was worth the trouble. The Hotel was also great and well placed for us to get to our meeting place on time. Overall, great experiences.
Bernina Train, St. Moritz, Lake Como, Bellagio, Verona, Sirmione & Cinque Terre - 6 DaysWe were expecting to be picked up at our hotel for Verona tomorrow at 10am. We now have to be at the visitors information centre, 38 minutes walk from our hotel at 6.45. Breakfast, which does not commence until 7am, was included with our tour, we will have to now leave before 6am. I am hoping you will provide at least some compensation, or a pick up from our hotel as advertised. Regards Mary Wallace. This was the email I sent to the company who did the Verona tour. 5 Day Italy Tour Package with Bernina Express – Verona, Sirmione, Bellagio & ComoThe itinerary needed early starts departing af 7,30am and included the most beautiful, experiences in Italian style. All food and wines were delicious and much richer than we would usually eat.Our Driver Luka was a confident and safe driver and always dressed professionally. Free time was generous although our tour director provided accompaniment if preferred.
