Well organized, fairly priced, great communication throughout. Absolutely no problems encountered. The only two things I wish were different: 1) as a solo traveler there were no options to upgrade to a higher star hotel in Hanoi or higher star boat accommodations for Ha Long Bay 2) Although I understand it’s part of bringing tourism and money to the economy, the restroom break locations were always longer than needed (usually 30 min) and always at places that force you to tour their shopping facilities (I.e. silk, bamboo stores; pearl making, retail store to view and buy). Politely declining touring of facilities and just use the bathroom was not an option. Tour guides were great. Transportation was timely and easy. Accommodations clean.
