Germany and Poland Tours & Trips
Take a boat ride down the beautiful Rhine River and see fairytale Cochem Castle, or Rapunzel's Tower and Cinderella's Castle. Berlin's landscape is dotted with important sites and memorials, each grappling with dark points of the past. Then, there's Quedlinburg, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where you can simply stroll through its historic old town. And, of course, Auschwitz-Birkenau. A visit there is a must; it's a place where history insists on being remembered.

I visited the the sites that I wanted on the scheduled part of the tour. The 4 tour excursions were poor value -- overpriced. The tour director was outstanding --- best of 6 escorted bus group tours that I have taken in the last 3 years. He was organized, attentive, polite, entertaining.
