Our tour was great- Rafael was always available when we had any questions regarding our schedule, and was very good at making any changes we needed to make for our extended stay after the 5 days. Carlos- our city tour guide was amazing , funny and informative. Unfortunately he was the only English speaking guide we had the whole trip, so fortunately there were some travellers on our tour that spoke English to help us understand directions.
