The first hotel in Tokyo was not good. The first three guides and drivers were fantastic. They were accommodating and helpful. The last guide we had was clearly not into going into either the castle or the shrine. They did a “drive by” where we saw it but, didn’t go in. We were both disappointed and confused by this. Thanks so much
