I completed the 5-day Kilimanjaro climb via the Marangu Route with Migration Venture Africa, and it was an experience of a lifetime! From the start, the team was well-organized, professional, and incredibly supportive. The guides were knowledgeable and kept us motivated throughout the trek, ensuring we acclimatized properly. The trek itself was stunning, from lush rainforests at the base to the alpine desert near the summit. The hut accommodations were comfortable, and the food was surprisingly good for a mountain climb! Reaching Uhuru Peak at sunrise was the most rewarding and emotional moment—I couldn’t have done it without the amazing team. If you're considering climbing Kilimanjaro and want a well-planned, safe, and enjoyable experience, I highly recommend Migration Venture Africa! The right balance of challenge and comfort on the Marangu route. The trail was not busy and overall quite clean. The huts are great and helped keep equipment dry. The guide was Dustin and he was very attentive to my needs, health and overall experience. With his support I made it to the peak! The Springlands hotel staff are very helpful. Amadeus in reception was always ready to help, Jack is an exceptional waiter at the restaurant and Linda was a great coordinator. Also Jane helped me navigate some communication between the hotel and the tour operator. Although there were a few communication problems, World Adventure Tours acknowledged the problem and found a solution in a very fair and reasonable way. I was satisfied with how they dealt with the situation and give them my highest recommendation based on their response. Big thanks to Joyce Gitumbi who went out of her way to ensure I was satisfied with the experience in Tanzania.
