A great itinerary and very helpful people, both staff and the Filipinos we me. However, thing that could go wrong, did go wrong. Most of which were beyond the control of the tour group and others that could have been better handled. We just seemed to be in the 'couple' for which ducks just refused to line up.

Overall, I must say that this tour was well organized. Moya did a fantastic job keeping me updated on daily activities and coordinating to ensure my transfers went smoothly. Different tour operators conducted the daily activities at specific locations, and they were very professional. My only recommendation is that you offer clients the option to upgrade, such as on the transfer between Puerto Princesa and El Nido, for a more comfortable ride, and perhaps a flight option between El Nido and Coron.

We just got back from a Philippine tour with Tour Radar, managed locally by Vio Travel. I was impressed with how smoothly everything went, considering there were 6 travellers, 5 different hotels, 3 domestic flights, a ferry, one semi-guided day tour, and all the van transfers in between. It was all well coordinated. The van transfers were there when needed.
