We wanted a trip that combined Morocco's famous highlights with a real outdoor adventure, and this experience couldn't have been more perfect. Every destination offered something unique, from vibrant cities and ancient kasbahs to breathtaking mountain scenery and unforgettable desert landscapes. One of the most memorable parts of the journey was spending time in the Atlas Mountains. The trek around Imlil was a refreshing change of pace, with spectacular views, peaceful villages, and warm encounters with local Berber families. It gave us the opportunity to experience a quieter and more authentic side of Morocco. The Sahara Desert was equally unforgettable. Watching the sunset over the dunes, enjoying a traditional dinner, and spending the night in a beautiful desert camp beneath a sky full of stars was simply magical. It was one of those experiences that photos can never truly capture. Throughout the trip, everything was perfectly organized. Our driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and always attentive, making every journey comfortable while sharing fascinating stories about Moroccan culture and history. We never felt rushed and had plenty of time to enjoy every stop along the way. The accommodations were excellent, each with its own character and authentic Moroccan charm. Looking back, it's hard to choose a favorite moment because every day offered a new adventure and unforgettable memories. We left Morocco with a deep appreciation for its landscapes, people, and culture. We had an absolutely incredible multi-day tour across Morocco with our driver and guide, Anwar, travelling from Casablanca through Fes and the Sahara, and ending in Marrakesh. From start to finish, everything was seamless and genuinely memorable. In a single day, we went from snow-covered mountains to the dunes of the desert. Anwar was exceptional — he was friendly and knowledgeable. He shared cultural and historical insights along the way and made us feel completely safe throughout the journey. We shared the same taste in music, which made the long journeys fun. The itinerary itself was spectacular, but what truly elevated the experience were the accommodations. We had booked a tour with this company to travel to Fes and then onwards for a Sahara desert experience. Unfortunately, during the journey my husband developed severe back pain to the extent that he was unable to sit, stand, or even lie down comfortably. As a result, we had to cut our trip short and abandon our Sahara plans. Despite this unexpected and distressing situation, the support we received — especially from our driver Ismail , was truly exceptional. Ismail stayed with us throughout, calmly and compassionately taking care of us at every step. He helped us navigate language barriers, drove with great care and sensitivity given my husband’s condition, and even took us to a hospital in a village to seek emergency medical help. When we made the difficult decision to return to our home country, we requested a detour to Casablanca. Ismail drove almost 24 hours continuously, without complaint, without impatience, and with unwavering politeness and kindness. His calm presence, professionalism, and genuine concern made an incredibly stressful situation much more bearable for us. While we were heartbroken to miss the Sahara experience, we are deeply grateful for the humanity, responsibility, and care shown during a medical emergency, something far more important than any itinerary.
