Beautiful Italy with Odynovo. We fell in love with Italy’s culture and breathtaking landscapes when we took our Italy tour. We visited Venice, Florence, Siena, Rome and Amalfi coast, felt the splendor of the Roman empire, travelled back to Rainessance, navigated the canals of Venice on a gondola, walked through seaside towns perched on cliffs and surrounded by lemon and olive trees. It was another amazing trip planned for us by Odynovo. We have travelled with Odynovo since 2018. We have taken private tours to Vietnam, Egypt, Greece, Turkey, Japan and Norway. All of these unforgettable trips were organized by our wonderful trusted travel consultant Mia Wang. We have never had a trip we’ve been disappointed with. Mia took it to ensure we saw everything we wanted to see. Hotels were superb, above our expectations, local guides and drivers most friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Our special thanks to the guide Rosanna in Florence. She was simply wonderful, and made our experience very memorable. Odynovo provided us with consistent excellent service across multiple trips and countries, making travel effortless and perfectly fit our preferences. Travel is one of the very best times of life with its education, new experiences, pure relaxation and joy. We are grateful to Odynovo and Mia for the extraordinary service. We recommend Odynovo for any future traveller looking for a truly special experience.

Firebird Tours planned the best itinerary for us. We wanted a mix of luxury hotels and boutique stays. During the planning stages they were happy to make upgrades and tweaks to make the trip exactly how I wanted it. The hotels, private transfers, and private tours were wonderful. Japan was magic and Firebird tours made it happen.

Our tour experience was mostly great, Jake was very helpful when we had to make changes to the itinerary due to time and budget. However I did not realize reading the itinerary how independent we would actually end up being. Independance on a trip is not a bad thing and we had scheduled days without guides that were still fun and fulfilling. We had day guides scheduled in the cities, and some tickets for trains we had to catch, but for everything in between, it was very vague and overwhelming to be on our own. Our guides helped where they could, providing maps and advice, but at the end of the day, we were alone hauling our luggage through confusing train stations while on multiple time crunches, or alone in a new city figuring out how to get to our hotels. Reading the itinerary we were under the impression that our guides would be with us for longer and provide more actual guidance when it came to travelling. This is not to knock our guides, they were wonderful friendly people, but they also seemed genuinely concerned about our situation. If we were seasoned travelers, things may have been different, but it was our first time in Japan. It's not like we expected someone to be there the entire time holding our hands on every single train, but we were definitely anticipating a little more help. We ended up figuring things out obviously, only missing a few trains here and there, but I can't quite put into words the feeling of stress and anxiety upon realizing how alone we were actually going to be in navigating the country. While on a schedule. Again, the things we got to do were very cool, our hotels were very nice, and our guides were great when we had them. But the pervasive stress of travel within and between cities was all encompassing.
