We covered so much in such a short …This trip was an unreal experience throughout! It was my second time in Japan and I thought that I'd covered most things during the first trip, but boy was I wrong. We covered so much in such a short period of time. The accommodations were incredible yet unique, food was flavourful yet distinctive and the nightlife was phenomenal! We had Nathan as our tour leader and he was the best person for the job. From exceptional navigation, first-class recommendations and larger-than-life personality, he made this trip more like a holiday for a family of 10 rather than a group of strangers meeting for the first time.
My time in Japan was a perfect mix of culture shocks, delicious cuisines and glaring night life. I've made some quality memories with great company. It was my first time with Intro and certainly won't be the last.

The food was delicious, especially the local specialties. Nathan was our group tour guide, but honestly he felt more like our long lost brother, from another mother. He made each and every person on the trip feel included and somewhat like family. I have travelled with other group tour companies but nothing like this experience with intro travel! My partner and I have already put down a deposit for an upcoming trip. Can’t wait to see what new trips they have on offer in the near future! Do yourself a favour and book the Japan intro tour!!

Everything about this tour was amazing, Japan just blew my mind!!! We did so much in such a short space of time, all the accommodation was FAB and we had a lot of very tasty food. Nathan our group leader really made the tour for us and showed us Japn in the best possible way! He is so hardworking, very knowledgable, has bags of energy, always makes you smile and is dedicated to his job! He is a really asset to Intro. This tour is a MUST and is extremely good value for money, I’m so sad to leave!

Nathan absolutely made it the best experience again for me and the rest of the group. Always interacting with everyone in the group and making everyone feel involved. Top leader. The tour itself was amazing also, I feel it has the right balance of city life, native Thailand rainforest and beaches. 18days I feel was a good amount of time to get the best highlights of Thailand and the activities were all great and available for everyone if they wanted to do them or not. The tour catered for everyone's needs and the best thing is I have a lot of new friends from this amazing experience.

Before the trip, I was quite sceptical about how the tour would play out, what the leaders would be like etc. I can honestly say, it was absolutely fantastic. The places we visited were beautiful and all in all, it was the perfect blend of seeing different sites, experiencing the culture and bonding with the group.
I believe a big part of the success of the trip was down to our group leaders, Nathan and Ben. We had Ben for a week and Nathan for both weeks. Both guys were great. They were very flexible with the whole group, a bundle of fun to be around but organised enough to keep the trip flowing well. Have nothing but positive things to say about the pair of them and would love be to a part of another tour with them again in the future.

I could not recommend the 12 day Thai intro tour enough for those who want to experience the hidden gems and culture of Thailand but also still go out and have fun each day. Nathan Alfonso our tour leader has made this holiday a holiday to remember, not only for me but for the other members of the group as well.....always up for a laugh, singing and dancing all day and everyday and a great character to be around. He’s our tour leader but also our friend now as well.
My saying this holiday is ‘everyday is my best day’, because it’s been a holiday of a lifetime.
I would certainly recommend intro travel to my friends going forward.

Group leaders Nathan and Sammy were absolutely wonderful. They did an excellent job at making sure all of our concerns were addressed, and that everyone was having a great time. I particularly enjoyed our stay at the Ryokan in Nagano. The traditional Japanese-style room paired with the soothing sound of flowing water coming from a nearby river was utterly breathtaking. Another favorite of mine was the nightlife in Osaka and Kyoto. Karaoke was so much fun! My group was full of some incredibly kind individuals, whom I enjoyed my time with very much. If you’re looking to have an awesome adventure exploring Japan with a group of very pleasant people, I highly recommend booking this tour. Make sure to grab Sammy or Nathan as group leader, their kindhearted and energetic personalities made for a deeply enjoyable experience!

So many activities, wonderful people, and non stop fun! Nathan was an amazing guide - fun, knowledgeable, and very helpful in navigating this very unique place. The itinerary was already varied and exciting but also venturing out to do our own thing was easy - he had tons of recommendations and made sure we always knew how to get everywhere safely. Our accommodations everywhere were clean, comfortable, safe and very close to all the action. Staying at a Buddhist Temple and the Samurai sword lesson were two of the many experiences I will never forget. Can’t wait to travel with Intro again soon! Highly recommended!

From gaming in flashy Tokyo arcades, to seeing snow monkeys at literally arm's length in Nagano, and on to experiencing the ascetic tranquility of Buddhist temples, there was no shortage of variety to be found. Nathan and Sammy were exellent tour hosts--their energy was infectious, and their dedication outstanding. Both went above and beyond in ensuring we were taken care of, and that we were enjoying ourselves. The only regret I had about this tour was that it had to end. I whole-heartedly recommend this tour to the intrepid traveler, you *will* have fun, and meet amazing people!

From day one it felt like everyone was friends already. They really care about you too. After the tour they made sure everyone knew what to do and where to go for their onward travels. We stayed in some fantastic locations, were the rooms were spacious and comfortable with stunning scenery outside.
I throughly enjoyed some of the activities we did which included, the samurai experience, the sushi class and visiting some historic locations both in Tokyo and Nagano. We experienced everything Japan had to offer within the 13 days of the tour, which made our journey full of memories. We visited and stayed in locations where most would only imagine. The evening’s were chilled and had free time during the tour also.
Team leaders Adam and Nathan were fantastic. They were very knowledgable in the historic locations within Japan and answered any questions and concerned we had. Not only did they make the group be at ease and they made the experience more enjoyable! I cant thank them enough!
I would highly recommend doing this tour if your thinking about it. Go for it because you wont regret it!

We didn't have to worry about anything as all transport, accommodation and activities were sorted for us. There was also a good amount of free time to explore or catch up on some sleep before the next thing.
The best thing about the tour was the mix of historical/cultural/nightlife/activities which made it so varied and excited. Highlights were probably Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh, especially the private island and bungalow stays. Thanks Intro!

I was also unaware of how young the rest of the group would be. So I felt on a different vibe to them. I think maybe the tours would be better if they catered for 18-27, which I feel is a more fitting age range.
But Nathan was an excellent guide! So I can highly recommend him.

Every single accommodation was something special and contributed to the experience. Sam and Nathan were great tour guides, it felt like traveling with friends. They stayed positive in every situation even when we almost missed our nightbus and it broke down later that night.

Nathan Alfonso, our tour guide was simply amazing providing us with detailed plan for each day, making sure that we had everything we needed and that we enjoyed every minute of the tour. He was sharing with us his incredible knowledge and experience about each place we went to and answering all our questions what allowed me to get to know both countries and their cultures very well!❤️We didn’t have to worry about anything throughout the trip and we were very well looked after. I had an unforgettable time in Vietnam and Cambodia with very special people, I couldn’t have asked for more! A huge thank you to Nathan, the best tour guide ever!!

Starting off with a humbling experience of the S21 prison and Killing fields to the beautiful white sand beaches of Koh Rong and the floating villages out side of Siem Reap, Intro have picked the best bits of this wonderful country.
Nathan was great throughout, with interesting fact and helpful advice he made the trip enjoyable and stress free. It was a shame about his dance moves ;)

The food in Cambodia was something special and so delicious even the included meals were tasty! Accomodation was brilliant, it emersed you into the whole backpacking vibe and made you feel like a proper traveller. Nathan our group leader was fun, energetic, knowledgeable and an all out sound guy and never made you feel left out or not included. An amazing guy to be around! Overall I would HIGHLY recommended this tour in particular and Intro as a whole. A really well organised tour group indeed. Top job guys! :-)

This itinerary was a perfect way to explore Cambodia. Not only does it cover all the main tourist attractions, the thing I love about intro travel is they really indulge you into the culture and history by taking you off the beaten track and visiting places you never normally would. Also great, was our tour guide Nathan who had great knowledge of every area we visited and always made sure that everyone in the group was having the best time they could and no-one was left out. I highly reccomend Intro Travel for any of there tours, it's a fantastic way to dip your toes into a country, meet and make new friends from all over the world and most of all memories!

Intro travel restored my faith in tours. This was a fantastic tour from beginning to end from the itinerary to the food to Nathan. Combining Vietnam and Cambodia was carried out with ease including me…Intro travel restored my faith in tours. This was a fantastic tour from beginning to end from the itinerary to the food to Nathan. Combining Vietnam and Cambodia was carried out with ease including merging two completely separate tour groups. Nathan is great at energising the group ensuring everyone is happy and having the best time possible. Not only this, he is able to juggle multiple conflicting questions and asks at once, diffuse any tension and just make sure we are all smiling. He made the effort to get to know us on an individual as well as group level and this made the tour leader/group divide disappear. It felt like he was on the tour with us as a paying customer.
Nathan showed respect for the different cultures and people that we encountered and even had friends in different locations (shock).
The itinerary was packed full of new and different activities that would be difficult to do alone. Nathan also gave detailed talks on the history of different locations enhancing our experience. Personal highlights of Vietnam: cooking class, cycling through paddy fields, the homestays and the Mekong delta (basically everything).
Cambodia was a complete contrast to Vietnam and Nathan was always first to set our expectations before each location/activity. Personal highlights: koh rong, island hopping was great, learning about the history of Cambodia and the Kampot cooking class.
Lastly a massive thank you to Nathan for leading a great tour with ease and helping us get to know a diverse group of people!

We had Nathan as our group leader who was incredible and very knowledgeable about all areas we travelled to, allowing you to feel comfortable when travelling, and able to approach him with questions and request recommendations. All group members were involved even when some of us had just met for the first time, and some group member had come from a previous tour, no one is ever left out. His positive and fun energy spread through the entire group and ensured we were all enjoying the experience. The itinerary has a perfect balance of planned activities and free time to explore for yourself. It is an amazing opportunity to travel, make new friends, and create new memories. I will definitely be doing another intro tour soon!

The itinerary was great- we did so much but also had a good amount of free time to explore on our own or relax. Looking back on how much we did in those 12 days it almost seems impossible but I never felt rushed during the actual trip as it was all so well planned out. One of the things that really appealed to me about this trip versus others was how the activities looked to be more unique than other tours. That definitely seemed to be the case during the actual trip as well- each experience seemed well thought out and it was clear IntroTravel had found some interesting accommodations and activities other tour companies did not offer.
Our guide Nathan was amazing as well. He was incredibly personable, always available for questions and had excellent recommendations on what to do with our free time. It did not feel like he was a formal tour guide for the 12 days, he seemed like an extra knowledgeable 13th group member instead. He constantly interacted with locals and you could tell he had a great relationship with many of the local hotel staff and tour guides we met which made me feel like we were definitely getting great quality service. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone and they'd be extra lucky to have Nathan as their guide!

What really made the trip was the group I travelled with and our intro travel leader. Nathan was such a fun guy to travel the country with. He was always smiling, laughing and ready to share his passion for Vietnam. This is the 2nd intro travel trip I’ve taken and am ready to plan a 3rd!

I have nothing but positive things to say about him. I tell this to everyone but I don’t think I could travel any other way after booking Thailand and Vietnam through intro travel. The overnight train was my least favorite (bottom bunk is the worst), but otherwise we had mostly good transportation! We did have bad luck with air conditioning in some of our rooms at times. Overall though the planning was fantastic, the guides (Nathan and Will) were great people, and I would highly recommend this trip.

In Vietnam we had Will Anholt who did a great job getting us from A to B and party with is. In Cambodia we had Nathan as a leader who made sure people got talking to each other and made sure everyone was comfortable. Also he is a really fun guy to hang around with. All in all a very good trip which is really worth the money!

Something for everyone and I definitely have been inspired to go back and see more of both incredible countries. Our guide was not only loads of fun (I’m talking Disney Karaoke, questionable dance moves and great banter with the group), but also so knowledgeable, especially about Vietnam, really supportive of any issues and helpful in resolving them (like when I left my luggage in Ha Long Bay and got it back at the next location without having to lift a finger!). If you’re after a varied and thorough trip, this is definitely for you. Thanks Intro Travel for an unforgettable trip!

Managed to see and experience all aspects of Vietnam and Cambodia, from the culture, food, places on the beaten track as well as off the beaten track such as the floating villages in Siem Reap! 100%, would recommend! Nathan was a fantastic tour guide who was always there to make sure things were running smoothly and ensure that you are always having a good time. He is a very genuine person who is passionate about what he does. I would be extremely happy to be on one of his tours again in the future!

Some of my highlights included the boat ride on the river in Hanoi at night with all the lanterns followed by a fruity night out! Watching the sunset on Long Beach was also incredible as well as the the cooking class at La Plantation where we learnt to make Khemir dishes from scratch. Nathan was great throughout the trip - we threw so many questions and issues at him but he solved all of them for us. He’s the life of the party despite some shocking dance moves and was always trying to get us going. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking to meet new people and fully experience these countries.

Highlights were the unreal luxury party boat around Ha Long Bay, catfishing in Vietnam, cooking classes in both Vietnam and Cambodia and Koh Rong Island. Couldn’t fault the trip and as my third trip with into travel it has led me to book onto 3 more!

The tour was fab and we saw so much of both countries in the time we had to be able to appreciate the culture and enjoy each place we visited.
Some highlights for me were:
Vietnam: kayaking around Halong Bay, staying in the Ninh Binh valley homestay, Hoi An
Cambodia: S21 prison and Killing Fields, Koh Rong island
Nathan had a lot of knowledge on each place and made the experience even better as I probably wouldn’t have found some of the places we went to if I had been on my own. He also had such a bubbly personality and made everyone feel at ease.
The accommodations on this trip also exceeded my expectstions.
I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone who wants to see Vietnam and Cambodia without the stress of planning everything. Thanks to both Intro Travel and Nathan for making my first solo travel experience amazing!

A good amount of free time is built in for you to do your own exploring. I particularly loved the cooking classes, cycling through rice fields and learning about the past and culture of two fascinating countries. Nathan was outstanding - he was so accommodating and never hesitated to sort issues. Not only did he continuously make us laugh and embrace every experience, he has built such strong relationships with the locals and guides throughout the tour that the group was always so welcomed and at ease. The Itinerary was just about right, quite full on but fun. Wouldn't of had it any other way. Always something to do. Accommodation was good, and the local cuisine was delicious .
Our group leader, Nathan was brilliant. Always helpful and enthusiastic, getting everyone involved together. Got to see a large part of Vietnam considering it was only 12 days. The tour was just easy and stress free as everyone and everything was taken care of. All in all I would highly recommend this tour and Vietnam. Definitely some lifelong memories created !

The accommodation way exceeded my expectations in all ways (of course my favourite was the cruise ship in Ha Long Bay..definitely recommend the espresso martinis) everywhere we stayed was extremely clean and comfortable. Nathan was an amazing guide, he was hilarious and did a good job of integrating the group. He’s also extremely knowledgeable about basically anything you need to know about many Southeast Asia destinations which was really helpful for the rest of my travels. As much as the tour was well planned and organized what really made it what it was was the amazing people I met. The fact that we got to share such amazing experiences together made this trip what it was. I’m almost afraid to book another tour and be disappointed. If I do it will probably be with Intro again though!

The tour was 12 days and for such a short amount of time it really captured the highlights of Vietnam. Our guide, Nathan, was exceptional, organised, energetic, and always willing to answer everyone’s questions and provided good tips and information on all places we visited. In addition, Nathan is such a fun, happy and humorous person! He made everyone feel super welcome and upbeat, always creating games and fun things to keep the trip exciting! He made himself easily available and flexible to attend all our wishes.
He made our time in Vietnam very special!

From the offset the accommodation was great, guide was fantastic and brought everyone together really well, and the itinerary was exceptionally well thought out and the time in each place was perfect.
Accommodation - beyond what I was expecting, from great hostel, to a boat in the stunning ha long bay and the stunning home stay, you never felt like you were roughing it. Clean, comfortable and the friendliest staff.
The Guide - fantastic. Knowledgable and always with a smile on his face. These guys are such a credit to Intro and can make a tour great to unbelievable, and Intro Vietnam was certainly unbelievable! Was always excited to get the group together for the day activities, and always got stuck in, yet just as happy to spend an evening chatting one on one to people to really get to know them. Nathan took our tour to another level.
Food - great local cuisine from well chosen restaurants. Recommends from the guide were helpful and spot on as to what was best. And even suggestions of other places to eat were great to help cater for all tastes.
Itinerary - Well paced, and I believe we got to see the best of Vietnam had to offer in the time frame we had. Got a real mix of Vietnam, from the madness of Hanoi, the serenity of Ha Long bay and the gorgeous Hoi An, plus others. This trip has been well researched and put together, and is a perfect intro to what Vietnam has to offer.
Overall, loved this trip. It’s made me want to travel Vietnam again, and also book with intro again, as if all their tours are like this then you won’t fail to have the best time.

I was a previously apprehensive about tours feeling they were rushed or focused on the drinking and nightlife and missing the cultural element. Intro-travel and this tour has completely changed my mind.
The itinerary was well balanced with local culture, sightseeing, nightlife and my favourite bits of home stays slightly off the beaten track. You can see the effort that that Intro travel has put into making sure this an amazing tour with a great balance.
The tour leader, Nathan, just made the experience perfect. He knew about the area and culture, had amazing people skills,a genuine passion for the areas and people, all topped off with a great sense of humour.
I have gone from being apprehensive of tours to not only signing up to another with intro travel in Sir Lanka, but would also repeat the Vietnam and Cambodia tour. I could not recommend this tour enough.

We've covered a lot of Vietnam in 12 days, visited places I never would've found if I was travelling by myself. The itinerary was very diversed, a mixture of citylife and landscape. We've learned a lot about Vietnamese culture, I especially loved the homestays with local families. There was a lot of fun activites included that are not mentioned in the itinerary. Still we had enough free time to do some shopping and relex. The accomodation exceeded my expectations, especially on the boat in Ha Long Bay and the homestay at Ninh Binh and Mekong delta. The transport was comfortable and on time. A lot of meals were included an the Vietnamse food is just sooo delicious! What made my trip just perfect was our group leader Nathan, who made us feel really relaxed, we didn't have to worry about a thing, was always positive and always with a smile on his face. Thank you for everything Nathan and I hope to see you soon again in Slovenia (Na zdravje!;)). And thank you Introtravel for an amazing vacation, i am looking forward to travelling with you again.

At the grand age of 33 this was the first back packing solo trip i've ever been on and i was a little worried id be the oldest. I met Nathan the group leader at the Hostel and he was very welcoming, p…At the grand age of 33 this was the first back packing solo trip i've ever been on and i was a little worried id be the oldest. I met Nathan the group leader at the Hostel and he was very welcoming, put me at ease straight away and then it was out for a group dinner to get to know each other. I am not very adventurous when it comes to food but i am pleased to say the food was amazing throughout...Nathan even managed to arrange no seafood when out on the trips. Not all food is included but the restaurants we were taken to were very reasonably priced, Nathan even makes some good recommendations on dishes to order. After dinner it was out for drinks and a club if you wanted to..but the trip caters for all and you are never far from the hotel should you wish to go to bed early.
The itinerary itself is fantastic and even better that i got to see a lot of Vietnam with absolutely no effort!!! Nathan ensured the transport to and from the airports/train/trips etc and hotel stays were seamless, there was no waiting around and no confusion at any point. The overnight train is defo an experience and if Nathan tells you you only have 30 seconds to get on the train or you get left behind.....DO NOT believe him!!
Overall a fab trip and a fab group leader, i have never laughed so much. i enjoyed it so much i have put down a deposit for another tour next year.

Thanks to our fearless group leader Nathán, our clan of 19 had the most memorable 12 days we could have asked for. Nathan was knowledgable, approachable, and a bloody good time! He was always on his A game ready to take on the world and he did it all with a smile. He could talk about his toilet being backed up and still say it smile and laughing! Nathan was more than just a guide, he was also a friend as well, which made the random group of all us come together even more. I highly reccommend this trip to anyone that is looking to emerse themselves in the beauty that both north and south Vietnam has to offer within a short 12 days with a plus side of meeting life changing people from all corners of the globe.

I wasn’t surprised with how great of a tour guide Nathan was, because I had him for the Thai intro last year. I was over the moon when I found out he would be guiding me through vietnam. He did not disappoint. Not only did he make sure everyone in the group was having a stellar time, he also made the experience something to remember, with his “occasionally” funny humour/banter. In terms of the tour, it was awesome to see so many different things in vietnam. Whether it was strolling through the streets of Hanoi, to admiring the beauty of Ha long bay, the tour had it all. To add to this, the whole tour group was amazing, and friendships were created that will definitely last a lifetime. Absolutely amazing experiencez. He covered everything when it came to helping us out during the tour aswell as assisting us with advice during our free time. Ha Long Bay and Hoi An both stood out as particularly fun experiences, as well as the placid beauty of Ninh Bin.

Fantastic trip! I really enjoyed the Mekong delta overnight with the cat fishing. Nathan was a great guide and was always positive and brought the group together. This trip was 12 happy days!

Being an 18 year old and only being abroad once before this, this has been a great way to ease myself into travelling around Thailand for 3 months. Our group leader Nathan Alfonso has made me feel very welcome and we have all been able to have great banter with him. As a fussy eater, Nathan pushed me to try new food so I can get the full experience. Although he had injured himself before we started, he has still motivated us to take part in everything and tried his best to join in. Even when travelling in the taxi to get to some great destinations, he made it fun and memorable by making it special to all of us. If I was asked to do this trip again I would definitely take them up on the opportunity. I hope to do more of this in the future.

Our guide, Nathan, was brilliant. I unfortunately had an accident on the flight here and burnt my legs - upon arriving at the airport Nathan took me straight to the hospital and continued to do so every day for dressing changes and was always checking up on me to see if I was OK! He always made sure that the group was comfortable and happy and helped bring the group together with his party games and crazy stories! I will now continue traveling Thailand for a further couple of months - Nathan has given me a lot of advice and recommendations on what to do and where to stay as well as helping to organise our further onward travel. Thank you for making this the most incredible experience!

The trip had a great balance of pulsating nightlife, idyllic beach relaxation and unforgettable experiences. In particular the elephant experience, UV party and floating bungalows at Khao Sok were unbelievable! The whole experience was very seamless with taxis, boats and tuk tuks ready to ferry the group to the next location.
Nathan our group leader had infectious enthusiasm and great banter, and really lifted the group. You can tell he makes it his personal responsibility to ensure everyone on the trip has the best experience possible, which I really appreciated. He also helped a lot with tips and bookings for the rest of my trip after Thai Intro ended.
Would definitely recommend Thai Intro to anyone looking to visit Thailand for the first time!

Starting in Bangkok with a drink on the second tallest building, a guided tour through the temples, getting to know the thai culture and learn how to cook delicious thai food! Then leaving the capital for the peaceful floating bungalows where we got to kayak and stay the night. But the best was Koh Phangan with it's stunning accomodation with supernice staff! Massages, chasing waterfalls, feeding elephants... what more to want for an epic time in Thailand?
But I think this experience wouldn't have been that great without our awesome group leader, Nathan, who made everything for us to have the best time of our life! The only dissapointing thing: he doesn't have the phonenumber of the weather gods... but still the MVP of that tour! Thanks for this wicked time!

We were immersed in the Thai culture and met with local tour guides who were knowledgeable and made the trip interesting and fun. Our trip leader Nathan was awesome! He always made everything fun and looked out for everyone. Nathan really cared about making our experience in Thailand amazing, he was able to give us tips and advice about what we can do and even what and where we could go after the tour, which I did not expect, as the other tour companies do not take as much time focusing on the experience of the traveler, but are looking to make money. I felt like this tour showed me the best of Thailand and even included some special spots like Khao Sok, I would choose to travel with Intro Travel in a heart beat!

I joined the tour as a solo traveller and had apprehension's about group travel beforehand.. I needn't have worried. The group I travelled with were great, and the tour leader Nathan made everyone feel comfortable from day one.
There is a lot travelling around involved within the tour but that's just the way it works as there is a lot to fit in within 9 days and the time flies! The organisation is good and you are always informed of what's going on and where you need to be.
Our tour guide Nathan was a great character to have within the group, he was always making people laugh and making sure everyone was having a good time.
My tip for any solo travellers who may be worried about joining a tour is just to go for it, have no expectations and enjoy it for what it is - a new adventure! You'll make friends and if you get a group like I did ..everyone will make you feel at ease & you'll have such a fantastic time!

From the very beginning arriving in Bangkok, our group leader (Nathan) picked us out of a giant herd at the airport and immediately made us comfortable and anticipate an amazing tour. The first few days in the heart of Bangkok we got to know each other as a group, partied and learned a lot about the Thai culture. The time in Koh Sok on floating bungalows is relaxing and breathtaking. The last part of the trip was in Koh Phagnan - beach paradise and home of the Full Moon Party. Beach front bungalows, super nice staff, tasty food and cocktails, island nightlife and the elephant experience made the end of the trip like one you don't want to end! You have a free day and a few of us went scuba diving at Sail Rock which was incredible. Can't recommend our group leader Nathan enough! He made sure everyone had what they needed at every moment. Intro Travel knows what's up.

After an accident I ended up in hospital for a few days, and even though Nathan still continued the tour with the group he made sure I was comfortable and happy at the hospital before leaving me and came to see me to check I was okay, as well as keeping in regular contact to prepare for when I came out of hospital. I cannot thank him enough for all the effort he put in to looking after me and being the best tour guide ever, especially whilst keeping my spirits up! The tour is also a really good way to see some really good parts of Thailand in such a short space of time! As a solo traveler it also provides an amazing opportunity to meet new people and experience different cultures and experiences! Thailand and Vietnam as he has travelled himself before being a tour guide. The tour has been good as you get loads of different experiences on different areas in a short space of time which is helpful when your deciding where to travel next in terms of what sort of travelling experience you want. There are lots of nights out but not all are included in the tour so you can opt out of your not a big drinker. Nathan gets the group together each day to go through the plan and you have time t yourself too so it is a good mix for that. I would definitely recommend this tour if your thinking of travelling and seeing several places in Thailand.

The floating bungalows in Koh Sok National Park were one of my favourite things! Nathan then helped us all with our onward travel and made it so easy to organise hotels for after the tour.

In those 9 days we've done so many different things like visiting temples, chilling on the beach, learning to cook traditional food, cuddling elephants, partying and so many other things and I don't think I would have experienced so much if I had just gone to Thailand on my own. Everything was organised so well and our tour guide Nathan always help us when we had any questions or problems and gave us lots of tips. What I really liked was that he was not just our tour guide. He was also a part of our group, having fun with us and just enjoying Thailand.
I've made so many memories and I will remember this amazing holiday forever. Thanks to everyone!!

The trip was amazing as well. We explored Bangkok, cooking class, temples and nightlife. The weather wasn't always the best but Nathan made sure we were always entertained. Accommodations were pretty good for the price of the trip. Our guide made sure we were always doing what we wanted and made sure everything went smoothly. Overall an amazing trip and would recommend to anyone who doesn't know Thailand well. Highly recommend!

We were very well looked after by the most amazing tour guide Nathan, who kept our spirits high and constantly made us laugh. We all agreed that this trip was fantastic and that we have made so many friends. I'm so glad I got Nathan as a tour guide! I don't think anyone would be able to compare to him! I can't wait for my next IntroTravel trip!

From start to finish I enjoyed everything we've done and the way the tour is constructed was amazing, I didn't think we done too much or too little it was just right. Not everything went to plan but that's life so it made it more realistic for instance we were meant to go On a boat trip but the seas were too rough so had to do the tour of the beaches by car but this meant we got to go to the secret mountain viewpoint which was awesome! And then there's Nathan couldn't of had a better tour guide the way he handles everything, makes you feel comfortable in every situation and is just an all round legend. The highlight of this trip was Khao Sok national park it was just an unbelievable sight and I'll be coming back there 100% in the future.

On the trip, you learn a lot about the culture and Thai lifestyle. My favourite part of the trip was Khao Sok National Park - seeing stunning views, kayaking and tubing and staying at the beautiful accommodation - the floating bungalows.
Our guide, Nathan, has been absolutely very welcoming and approachable and got along with each and everyone of the group.

I arrived in Bangkok as a solo traveller and within hours I met 4 great people. We spent an entire day together, saw a few temples and had a ride in a tuk tuk. as this being my first ever experience travelling I was surprised at how well organised everything was from arrival to the layout of the 9 days. Following this, we met the rest of the group. Everyone got integrated by our fantastic group leader 'Nathan' and we had an amazing introduction meal. My personal favourite day would have to be my time spent at Khao sok. We all bonded over kayaking together on the incredible lake, with drinks and a boat trip to view some monkeys. if you get Nathan as your group leader get him to show you his back flip. the crystal clear water and views will genuinely leave you breathless!!

My personal highlight was experiencing Khao Sok Nationalpark and even staying there overnight. We had the possibility to go kayaking at this stunning place and go for a nice and refreshing swim during an amazing boat trip. Everything was well organised and Nathan was a great tour guide, always there to answer questions and helping to plan onward trips after the tour. Besides this I really enjoyed experiencing the elephants at a sanctuary at Ko Phangan, having enough time to enjoy the easy beach life and to be able to take the knowledge how to cook some delicious thai dishes back home. Thank you for all of these unforgettable memories!

Thaintro is geared towards the younger (more fun?) crowd. Accommodations are not 5 star hotels so don't book this trip if you are expecting to be in posh places. PROs: Temple visit with a very knowledgeable guide, Khao Sok National Park and Floating Bungalows, Thai massage and Koh Phangan Beaches.

Made us feel super comfortable and at home in a foreign country. All we needed to know was where we needed to be and at what time we needed to be there.. the rest was done for us. If we had questions for Nathan, we asked and got a quick response. And if he didn't know, he would go out of his way to ask. Nathan is also a down to earth guy who's fun to hang around with.
The itinerary was masterful. We spent an appropriate amount of time in each place. The contrast between locations was also excellent. Like moving from the hustler and bustle of Tokyo to the small town of Nagano where we enjoyed a fantastic meal prepared by an older Japanese lady all on her own! Not having to worry about transportation is a big plus as well. All we needed to figure out was how to get to our departing flight... and Nathan even helped with that!
We'll definitely be using Intro Travel again. The experience was top notch and a great value for what we paid.
