We were very pleased with all of details for the tour from the pick up at the airport and the tour of both sides of the falls. Your on site team was excellent and most accommodating. We were lucky to just have 4 of us on the Argentina tour and by ourselves on the Brazilian side. Susanna our tour guide in Puerto Iguazú was informative and ensured that we were placed in the right locations for photos. She is a great addition to your team. Our pick up Driver and second day driver. I am sorry I have forgot his name was fabulous and such a pleasure to drive with and learn about his background and family. Please reply and let me know his name! The hotel, Mérit, was ok. It was clean but a tired and needs some maintenance. The pool was terrific except we had a football team of 17 years old and it is terrible the first day. Also, the restaurant on the roof top was a wonderful find but the hotel doesn’t promote it. Would we return again yes but likely a different hotel.

I really enjoyed the tour but had some reservations, the Guacho ranch tour was way too expensive, the transfors from airport was way too expensive Suggestive tips to bus driver and local guides were stated, but I did not see suggestive tips to tour director. Excellent hotesl and very good guides.The price of the Escape tour was very good.
