The customer service was excellent. I didn't realise that Wanderful Holidays would be checking us in for ferry crossings, internal flights, tours etc. Taking this off our hands was a lovely added bonus. All transfers happened very smoothly. One of our tours was cancelled at very short notice and Wanderful Holidays managed to book us on another identical tour. When the operator charged us for entrance fees (which were included in the cancelled tour) Wanderful Holidays refunded us the costs within 24 hours. Our accommodation in Mykonos was outstanding. i have removed 1 star because the accommodation in Athens, in my opinion, was more suited to business travel than holiday travel and the location could have been better. In saying that the accommodation was clean and breakfast included. Accommodation in Santorini - this is a tough one to review. This is a family run, traditional Greek hotel and the rooms are in need of an update. However ,the hospitality shown by the host is second to none. George and his family are amazing hosts. The location is a long way from Fira or Oia BUT Kamari is lovely and on the beach. I agree with a previous review that an extra day in Athens and at least one extra day in Santorini (due to the location of the hotel) would be better. Overall I would recommend Wanderful Holidays and thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
