Overall, organization of the trip was pretty good with great support from the team. The only improvement I suggest, is to be more careful about sending instructions for the next day tours and meeting points. If I did not read the whole trip itinerary, I would have missed a mistake in instructions sent to me one night. However, the response from the team was timely and everything went well. Also, it would be great if tour operators found a way to alert guests that a pick up was being delayed due to the unforeseen circumstances. It would eliminate all the guessing and concerns while waiting for a pick up.
We loved the trip with the exception to part of the planning. There was very clear timing provided for our tour, March 5th through the 10th, however, the day we arrived to Athens and met our guide, she provided us the trip info for only March 5th through 9th. That was a bit disappointing, considering there was precious communication about our trip timing (which is part of the TourRadar package deals). Our guide, however, took care of our last day staying (even though changed the hotel in Santorini on the last day which is a bit inconvenient). But overall transfer was really good
