We loved this tour! Everything was the perfect pace for us and the trip gave us the opportunity to sample the highlights plus do our own sightseeing. This was our first trip to Vietnam, so we were not sure what to expect. We had a staff member from Realistic Asia (Chris T) who guided us through the trip via WhatsApp to make sure that we had all the information we needed and to answer any questions we had along the way. He was very friendly and helpful. All of the internal transfers were on time and seamless. The hotels (we chose the 4-star option) were wonderful - particularly the resort at Mui Ne beach. And most of all, the Vietnamese people were so kind and welcoming! Some of our favourite experiences: chatting to the restaurant owner and her family while waiting for the train at Train Street in Hanoi; Thai Chi on the boat in the morning on Ha Long Bay; visiting the fishing village and Fairy Stream at Mui Ne Beach; learning about the war from the perspective of the Vietnamese people at Cu Chi ... and so many more!
