Tours were very good and full itinerary. They did not skimp on time you had. The leaders were also very nice, knowledgeable and did not rush you. That made a big difference to us. The only thing that happened was we missed our first day tour due to a communication mess up. It was originally a free day but changed to a tour day. It was too late for us to know but the tour company did their best to make up for it.
São Miguel Active ExperienceThe Explore tour itself was wonderful: a great guide, a lovely bunch of fellow travellers, a variety of walks/hikes, plus the added bonus of the Christmas lights and festivities. I was not happy however with the service by Tourradar who failed to book two extra nights I had requested: in future I will aim to work directly with the tour provider rather than an intermediary.
