We had an excellent experience with Odynovo Tours. From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully planned, and the level of service made us feel like VIPs. Each city had a different tour guide, and each was knowledgeable, engaging, and attentive. They shared meaningful historical context, making each destination more interesting and memorable. They also gave great shopping recommendations and arranged wonderful lunches that perfectly fit our preferences. A special thank you to Avril in Shanghai and Holly in Wuhan. Avril was incredibly informative and a pleasure to spend time with, and Holly made our train arrival in Wuhan smooth and stress-free. We also truly appreciated the train arrangements. We requested business class tickets, and Odynovo went above and beyond by securing a private train car for our family, which was a highlight of the trip. Overall, Odynovo exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely travel with them again.

Cannot express my gratitude for organising this trip at such a short notice. We were very happy with the tour guides. They have done everything possible to make this trip run smoothly. From picking us up to checking in and out of hotels. Excellent locations with walking distance to everything and with breakfast catering for everyone. Would highly recommend a the tour guides Jen, Celina and Daniel and your company. Very professional and helpful especially with entrances to all the places. Food provided was exceptional, from breakfasts to add included lunches. We have seen so much and really learned a lot about the country. My highlight, Dancing with a total stranger to Chinese traditional music. People were very friendly, respectful and nice. Thank you and “See you on the next trip”

My trip to Zhangjiajie was great and very memorable. Ander had arranged a trip previously for me to Huangshan. That trip was great so I was very happy to deal with Ander again. He is polite, very responsive and trustworthy. I made a last minute change to the schedule of my trip to Zhangjiajie and Ander handled it all professionally. Exceptional service from Ander again. When I arrived in Zhangjiajie I was met by my guide Yeena. She is a delightful young lady. Yeena greeted me with a gift which was very kind. During my time in Zhangjiajie I found Yeena to be helpful, cheerful and great company. 10 out of 10 for Yeena. Highly recommended. I don't usually have a guide in China unless what I want to do is too difficult for a non Mandarin speaker to organise. Everything was just so well organised and easy for me on this trip. I am very glad Yeena was my guide in Zhangjiajie. I couldn't have asked for more on this trip.
