About me:So when I moved to Switzerland to study in 2006 - little did I know it would end up changing every plan I ever had for life! Now, since 2012 I have been working as a guide. This has been one of the biggest challenges and most amazing experiences of my life!! One of my favourite things about this job is getting to meet so many people from around the world and also getting to help them see / do everything they have been dreaming of seeing / ticking off their bucket-list for years!!! To know that I have had the chance to help people explore, see / do amazing things is really special - and something I will remember for the rest of my life!! I love what I do - I am passionate about Europe - it is such an amazing continent - rich in history, culture, languages, food..... the list goes on and on!!

At first, I was nervous about booking a solo trip with Contiki to Europe for 9 days. After lots of research I had decided that I was going to see 3 countries in 9 days!! As my departure date got close…At first, I was nervous about booking a solo trip with Contiki to Europe for 9 days. After lots of research I had decided that I was going to see 3 countries in 9 days!! As my departure date got closer I got nervous. Now that I'm home I wish the trip didn't have to end so soon. I was able to see some amazing places, check things off my bucket list and, meet some amazing people along the way. Our hotels were clean and breakfast was good. The rooms were a bit small but we weren't there for sleep anyways. As for Ebony, she is one amazing tour guide! From teaching us all the local tricks, recommendations, and making sure we were always taken care of and happy. I couldn't have asked for a better tour guide to take me through my dream cities! As for our bus driver Pedro..his driving skills are out of this world! I hope to travel with Contiki again and to see Ebony and Pedro!

I had heard lots of mixed information from people who had travelled with Contiki. I decided to go along with them and hope for the best. Now that I'm home and vacation is over I wish it had never ended. I did London, Paris, plus Amsterdam Trip in April and it was the best time ever! I was able to check several things off my bucket list while meeting some pretty amazing people along the way! Our tour guide Ebony was amazing!! She was super friendly and always did her best to tend to all of our needs. As for our bus driver Pedro he definitely deserves credit!! The streets in Europe are crazy and I always felt safe on his coach. The hotels were not what I expected, a little small, but on trips like this less time spent in the hotel rooms and more time exploring so, size isn't a big deal. I will definitely be using Contiki again and hope to see Ebony and Pedro :)

I met so many wonderful people and came out with many great friends! All of the activities and meals included made the trip so stress free!

Thanks to them I got a surprise stop at the Neuschwanstein Castle in Germany, and a ride around thr Arc de Triomphe in Paris.

In addition to pointing us in the direction of all the main attractions for all the different locations, she shared all of her own personal favourites aswell, i.e. Food places, shops and little pockets of history that aren't all that well known.

A great tour. I loved all the friends I made, and how many places we are able to hit in such a short 9 days. Biking to the cliffs on the Aran Islands was definitely a highlight.

Ebony was excellent! Super knowledgable and genuinely got to know all of us on the trip. She even organized a big karaoke night for the entire group in Kilkenny for someone's birthday.

Ebony our tour guide was amazing, her knowledge about each country taught me so much and Tamas our bus driver amazed me as he drove through the busy traffic and tight squeezes. Both were a lot of fun and very professional.
It was a very fast paced tour and you do spend a lot of time on the bus travelling, luckily for the great music and movies that helped pass the time.
I did most of the options except the two dinners and the sex show, if you can do as many options as possible to mix with the group, they are a lot of fun.
Also make sure you bring a backpack for two of the hotels that have too many stairs for your suitcase. I only had a small backpack but ended up being able to pack enough for the next day.
My favourite time was in Austria being able to rent a bike and discover the countryside. It was so beautiful.
Thanks to this trip I want to return to Europe and hopefully one day move there.

I do not know if it is possible to have another tour guide than her. I went on a Contiki trip to Thailand last year, and the Europe trip with Ebony was SO much better. Not that Thailand was not great, but when comparing, I liked the Europe trip much more and a lot of that was because of Ebony. I would do another Contiki with her in a heartbeat.

It had always been a dream of mine to travel to Great Britain and Ireland.
I wanted to see London first hand, I wanted to visit Liverpool; the home of my favorite band the Beatles, I wanted to hear a…It had always been a dream of mine to travel to Great Britain and Ireland.
I wanted to see London first hand, I wanted to visit Liverpool; the home of my favorite band the Beatles, I wanted to hear an Irishman sing Galway Girl like Gerard Butler and I wanted to watch a Scotsman play the bag pipes... I experienced each and everyone of those things on my Contiki with Ebony.
I left with absolutely "no regrets" and so many amazing memories.
Ebony was an amazing guide, she got us from point A to point B without a hitch and she provided us with so much knowledge on all the places we visited, even the ones we just drove through or stopped to use the bathrooms at.
Not only did she do her job well but the fun and kindness she brought to the tour was her stand out achievement in my books. She was constantly optimistic and was always willing to stop and chat with you, tell you her travel stories and listen to yours.
It was a pleasure to share my dream with her and I'm sure all the other people she's guided around those foreign lands agree with me.
