If given a choice i love to be my tour guide again.

Rachelle is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely skilled guides I’ve ever met. She handled every detail with confidence and grace—from smooth coordination and clear communication to sharing fascinating insights about each destination.
Her passion for travel and her care for every traveler on the tour truly elevated the entire experience. Rachelle was always approachable, organized, and ready with helpful tips that made each stop even more memorable. Because of her guidance, I felt relaxed, engaged, and fully immersed in every city we visited.
I would absolutely love to have Rachelle as my guide again on future tours. She set a very high standard, and I can’t imagine the trip without her. Expat Explorer is lucky to have such a remarkable guide on their team.

She was approachable, communicative, patient and clear in the way she explains things. From day one, she set expectations beautifully so that everyone in the group stayed on track, on time and felt comfortable.
Rachelle was like a swan - calm, relaxed and composed on the surface, while working tirelessly behind the scenes. She was constantly adjusting reservations, problem-solving, and thinking three steps ahead to ensure every part of our experience was smooth and stress-free. We always felt completely looked after.
Our group was quite diverse, and Rachelle managed everyone’s needs with ease. She helped us get to know one another in a friendly and natural way, which made the whole journey even more enjoyable.
And then there was her knowledge! Rachelle shared incredible facts, stories and historical context at every destination. We learned so much, and there is absolutely no way we could have seen, done, or understood as much as we did if we were travelling on our own.
The pace of the tour was fast but manageable - even for us as a family of four with two kids aged 10 and 12. Thanks to Rachelle’s organisation and support, we covered an impressive number of towns, cities, counties and iconic sights, travelling huge distances without ever feeling overwhelmed.
We are so grateful for her professionalism, warmth and expertise. Rachelle truly made our European adventure unforgettable.

I took this tour as it was my first time ever to Europe and I wanted to see and learn as much as I possibly could. Rachelle had researched every destination with amazing information. Lots of tips and helpful advice. Our driver Pascal Kok - exceptional lovely friendly genuine gentleman.10/10

I booked for my husband and I to take an 11 day coach tour of Eastern Europe in June 2024. We had never done a coach tour before and had never "partied" for 11 days with people that we had never met. …I booked for my husband and I to take an 11 day coach tour of Eastern Europe in June 2024. We had never done a coach tour before and had never "partied" for 11 days with people that we had never met. But this was an amazing trip! Rachelle Brown was our tour leader and she excelled! The absolute thought and organisation she put into the tour was exceptional. I believe there were about 40 on our coach and by the end of the trip we had all made friends and had such a great laugh together- it was memorable as one of the best holidays. Rachelle ensured that everyone knew the itinerary and had pulled together some incredible tour guides in the places that we visited to ensure that we had the best experience. She enthused so much energy into the trip making sure all on board were catered for. And yes, I would do it all again!

Also some of the hotels were not up to standard in my opinion. Overall, had a very good experience with the tour.

The tour was amazing! Very fast paced which we were expecting!
We enjoyed the destinations overall, hotels were a mixed bag, some very good with modern amenities and bright clean bathrooms. Others were very average small dark rooms with no space at all for two ad…We enjoyed the destinations overall, hotels were a mixed bag, some very good with modern amenities and bright clean bathrooms. Others were very average small dark rooms with no space at all for two adults. Expat bus was new and very comfortable. Our driver Alex was very professional as was tour manager Rachelle. Would consider another trip with Expat again depending on destination.
Great time on this tour!! Scenery was amazing and all of the experiences were wonderfully orchestrated! Thank you to our tour guide Rachelle and Expat Tours. Wouldn't hesitate to book another tour!
