Where do I begin! Was a lifetime experience. Was wonderful tour everything was on time. Very friendly staff. My most memorable vacation this will be one of them.

Food on ship was ok. Not much of a selection.should be a bigger selection of Egyptian food. Fruits, breads, pastries etc should be part of the selection.
Drinks teas water should definitely be included when you spend 8 days for the vacation.
Otherwise it was overall Anas made this trip the best trip for all of us. I look forward to meeting w this TOUR COMPANY & Anas.

We managed to hit all the top tourist sites and packed so much in during our time in Egypt, which I liked. Some people will undoubtedly complain about doing so much and not having free days and a tremendous amount of spare time, but I prefer my vacations to be like that. Let it be known that most of the tourist sites are packed with tourists, but that is the reality of traveling to historical sites.
The organization was good as well. This included the transportation, the time at sites, the accommodations etc... It should be known that pretty much every day was an early start, which, again, I don't mind as I like to do as much as possible on vacations. When I say early, we woke up between 4AM and 6AM on most days. Additionally, we would have full days and usually have dinner around 7PM.
Lastly, and most importantly, the guides and our fellow tourists are what made this trip so memorable. For our guides, we had Su for a day in Cairo and then had Anas the rest of the way. Both were very knowledgeable, patient and organized. After spending so much time with Anas, it was like he was a member of the group and not just our guide. One of my top memories from the trip came when the tour was over and Anas met us for dinner on our last night. He took us to an Egyptian restaurant, which was located overlooking the Luxor Temple. The food was good and the company was better. What a way to end the trip. I will miss Egypt and our group. "Shall we go?"
From start to finish the tour was amazing. Communications was top notch, and any and all questions answered promptly. There is a lot to see and do on this tour, so be prepared for early mornings. The tour guides were outstanding! We had Sue in Cairo, and her energy and knowledge of the history of Egypt was impressive. We had Anas for the remainder of the trip, and he was tremendous. His relaxed style of leadership and humour really brought our travel group together, making it such a special trip to remember He was the perfect match for our group. I have already recommended this tour to family and friends.

The sights are spectacular and did not disappoint! Pyramids and temples, cruise down the Nile, all so memorable and amazing! The hot air balloon, Dendera temple and Nubian village optional extras are absolutely unmissable and definitely worth doing.
The food was great and surpassed expectations, as did the accomodation which really was 5 star.
This was a brilliant tour and well worth the 5 star rating. Thank you!

Anas, our guide during the cruise was giving us really good explanations to understand the site and the pharaoh history. I highly recommend him to visit other amazing places ( Denderra Temple, Habu temple, village of the workers...)
However, the only activity that I would not recommand is the hot air balloon as the time of waiting was so long compared to the time in the air.
Otherwise, the boat and the staff were lovely. The food was so delicious!

Starting with the negative experience first, as it is important for folks to know this before booking the tour group. I would rate this a low-moderate ranking tour group, because:
1. Overpricing:…Starting with the negative experience first, as it is important for folks to know this before booking the tour group. I would rate this a low-moderate ranking tour group, because:
1. Overpricing: While they offer the basic tour for $1400, they gave us a 50% discount to make it 700$. 700$ was the correct price. However, all of the optional tours are 3X priced. Specifically, the Hot Air Balloon (ride after sunrise) which is available for $40 is being charged for $120. Similarly, you get Abu Simbel tours for half the price (they charged 100$, whereas it would be only ~60$). I would recommend booking same optional tours directly via Trip Advisor to get the same experience at 1/3rd of price. The Nubian Village Tour priced at 40$ per person was not worth it at all. We paid 360$ for a group of 9 and we should’ve barely paid 30$ in total.
2. Inconsistent Guide Quality: Anas, our tour guide for Day 3-6, was average. I was uncertain if he was an officially recognized tour guide as he neither explained the interiors of temple complexes nor had specific insight into these sights (except for the basic information that is already available via. A quick google search).
3. Poor customer service: When we shared feedback on Day 5 night (about the bad experiences of Day 3-5), the operator Alaa Abdou, who met us to alleviate our concerns actually aggravated it. He was condescending and disrespectful leading to an overall poor travel experience at Egypt.
4. Unnecessary tipping : The tour company recommended exorbitant tips to drivers, ship crew, etc. This is unnecessary as we are already over paying for the package which should mean the staff get fairly paid. Please make your own decision and tip as appropriate.
Positives:
1. Egypt is definitely a land of massive and unreal structures. It's hard to imagine how pyramids and temples of such sheer scale were built thousands of ages ago! It's important to know that Egypt tourism is highly commercialized and the locals often try to scam you (and bargain is the norm!).
2. Taher, our overall organizer was super helpful with transportation & stay. He was approachable from Day 1 and even bought us local SIMs. He helped quickly arrange transportation to airport on Day 7 when we had communication gaps.
3. Similarly, our tour guide for Day 2, Sohaila, was also knowledgeable & friendly. She gave detailed history & insights about the pyramids, gave us enough time for photos. She even quickly pivoted our lunch restaurant when she knew we had been there already on Day 1.
The tour was exceptional. The quality of hotels were outstanding. We stayed at Steingerberger and Helnan dreams resort. I am strongly recommending these hotels. Our guide Anas is very knowledgeable. Highlights are Karnak, Valley of the Kings, the balloon ride and Abo Simbel. Food on the cruise is good too and there are many options for drinks. Just make sure to buy snacks, as there are none for sale on the boat.
We were very lucky to have Anas as a tour guide, he was friendly and guided us well, introducing us to the mythology, history and present-day culture of Egypt.
I recommend this experience to anyone and just make sure to book the add-on to Abo Simbel

Everything was very well organized. The facilities and rooms on the ship were very decent, as well as the food served. Lovely cruise staff.
Karnak Temple, the hot air balloon ride and Abu Simbel Temple were the absolute highlights of the trip.
One remark: tipping could be better organized (now paid upfront but could better be paid during the tour to avoid weird situations with locals).

The tipping culture is too present, even though at the beginning of the tour they suggest to pay the tip in advance, even if you do it, still every person along the tour (especially on the boat) expects (more) tips.

Our guide Anas, who joined us in Aswan and stayed with us for the rest of the trip, was the perfect guide, knowledgeable about everything, open for questions, funny and he overall improved our vacation by a lot! Only downside was the omnipresent tipping culture, people are very pushy with getting tipped and they let you know that. “ they say it without saying it”. Especially on the cruise part of the trip this was very noticeable. The ship overall was very clean, very nice and very enjoyable! We would highly recommend the air balloon ride over the valley of the kings. We would book this trip anytime again!

The only suggestion would be good to offer all the tours in one go because sometimes you come from another country as in my case Nicaragua and this way you pay cash and you don't have to take out money.

He knew so much about the temples and the history and would always give us extra time to wander around ourselves and take photos etc. Anas and the company made sure to provide water (temperatures was insanely hot) and they also gave us umbrellas each for the duration of the tour.
Definitely recommend Abu Simbel as an optional tour! The temple is just incredible. The hot air balloon ride is also the perfect was to finish the tour on the last day! The sun rise was beautiful!

The optional tour of Abu Simbel is a MUST!! And the hot air balloon was an unforgettable experience!

I don't normally leave reviews but this tour has been so so fantastic I feel compelled to! Every little detail was in hand such as umbrellas for the heat, free water during tours, ensuring the horses …I don't normally leave reviews but this tour has been so so fantastic I feel compelled to! Every little detail was in hand such as umbrellas for the heat, free water during tours, ensuring the horses pulling our occasional caridges were well fed, and getting us to the best attractions early in fast transport so we often had the temples to ourselves for fantastic photos! Our guide Anas is a fountain of knowledge, friendly, funny and polite. I really appreciated his 'pre tours' en route in the minibuses aircon so we spent less time baking under the heat and could then see all the special features of each temple that couldn't be found anywhere else with full explanations on site. Other tour groups were congregated at the entrance but we zipped past and these touches of local knowledge to increase our comfort were spot on. I feel the tour company really went above and beyond to make this trip smooth, action packed, enjoyable and incredible! I later visited Cairo with another company and the experience wasn't even 1/4 as good and I really missed 'Holiday in Egypt'.
Abu simbel, Valley of the Workers and Habu temple were amazing to see (and I wouldn't have known to visit the last 2 without the companies advice and they turned out to be my favourite). The cruise was fantastic with wonderful facilities (very cold aircon which was a superb respite). My every need has been catered for by the lovely staff and I had real princess treatment (along with everyone else on board) which made the trip all the more special.
* Tips and attraction prices aren't included as these are subjective and prices change, but if you get some small notes beforehand you will have a great time immersing yourself in the culture and will have your every need catered for (and tipping is at the very end so you don't have the hastle after every outing). Also I found Egyptian humour to be quite sarcastic so once I realised I was laughing and having the best time, and I even learnt some Arabic words.
I've been able to totally relax and have immensely enjoyed my 'once in a lifetime' trip to Egypt - but I'll be back with this company!

The cruise gives a nice overview of Egyptian civility
We had a great time. Everything ran smoothly the tour guides were great, very informative and knowledgeable.
The tour is great, lots of information is conveyed in a very professional way, the tours are informative and well explained and our guide Anas is very welcoming and professional.

Our main guide was Anas. He was just ok. He gave us the bare minimum in terms of information. It seemed like Anas just wanted to chill at the cafeteria after giving us a quick rundown of the site. We’ve been to several museums around the world and we felt like we learnt more from the guides there. We kept referring to our pictures from the British museum for instance and we would google more information after seeing the temples. Anas said he thought we were those tourists that were just there for the gram. Wanted pics but not really information. Don’t get me wrong, I do like taking pictures, especially when there’s no one in them, but I do want to learn. Anas said we essentially had to ‘prove’ that. I don’t know what else there is to prove. We spent thousands on a flight and dropped another couple grand on a tour. Plus we’re Canadian, so getting a visa was an ordeal. We just expect - a tour guide to do their job well. It’s a shame, because Anas studied archeology so he does have the knowledge. It just wasn’t really conveyed. He asked for feedback, and when we told him honestly, he was a dick about it. TLDR: tell your guide that you want to learn, otherwise they’ll give you the bare minimum
