About me:My name is Ratha (Tha).I was born in 1986 . I come from Battambang province and live in Siem Reap. I used to work for New Hope Cambodia ( NGO) for almost 5 years. I applied to be a CEO (Chief Experiences Officer) and worked for a big international tour company called G Adventures since 2014. I am now leading Tours in Indochina with in Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos and Thailand. I am to provide exciting and amazing tours to all of my travelers. As well as clear and interesting information about the sites, I like to inject my personality into the experience and use this opportunity for you to ask questions with a local about all aspects of these countries’ life. I like to have fun with you so it is more than just a tour, but a chance to talk with someone who is very passionate with not only the places but also all of these countries. I do love learning and sharing. I am here ready to share with you about history, economics, culture and daily activities of local people.

Ratha was the best tour guide ever he was so much fun but also very professional. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who doesn't mind a fast pace tour around Indochina.

I would highly recommend Ratha as a CEO, he was always punctual, organised and informed and had all the answers to any question we could possibly have. He ensured the tour was a throughly enjoyable experience and if you are thinking about doing a tour in this part of the world I would recommend him above anyone else!

As a single traveller I was pleased with Ratha's efforts to gel the group together.
The whole trip was a very memorable experience.

Our CEO Ratha was excellent. Professional, friendly, thorough, patient, enthusiastic. All arrangements happened on time and there were no hiccups. Hotels were clean and comfortable. Buses were mostly …Our CEO Ratha was excellent. Professional, friendly, thorough, patient, enthusiastic. All arrangements happened on time and there were no hiccups. Hotels were clean and comfortable. Buses were mostly comfortable - a minivan is inadequate for a long drive (Vietnam/Cambodia border to Phnom Penh.
Two things that could be improved:
1. The optional Mekong Delta day trip was fun but the travelling to and from was nearly 6 hours by bus, whilst the activity was only 4 hours. This was not clear at the point of sale. Most people said they wouldn’t have taken it had they known.
2. When visiting temple sites etc, the guide needs to keep the momentum up. The group was often hanging around too long in the heat, for no reason. Everyone waiting for everyone else!
A great trip overall
Perfect itinerary. Amazing CEO.
