We had the most remarkable family tour with Grayline Travels. The itinerary i printed, although i understand it can change, said our first day would be fee time. But everything was moved up a day. We arrived at our hotel on the free day at 0430, got a letter at the airport telling us to be ready at 1100, gir a call at 0800 saying hurry up or we would miss row tour- 3 1/2 hours later. This was after 3 hours of sleep in 2 days. Then the day tour was 12 1/2 hours long. My wife couldn't walk due to her back for the last 3 hours, she had to stay in the van for the last two stips.
