Alexandria Tours & Trips

Our time in Cairo was a great experience, and Marko Egypt Tours made the whole trip easy and enjoyable. We visited the main historical highlights over three days, with everything organized smoothly and at a comfortable pace. Our guide Manar deserves special mention. She was warm, professional and very knowledgeable, and she explained the history behind the places we visited in a way that was easy to understand and enjoyable. She was also very attentive to our questions and made sure we were comfortable throughout the tour. We truly enjoyed discovering Cairo with Manar and the Marko Egypt Tours team, and we would happily recommend their service to other travelers visiting Egypt.

We had an excellent 3-day experience in Cairo with Marko Egypt Tours. Everything was very well organized from the beginning, including the transportation, daily arrangements and visits. Our Egyptologist guide, Ortega, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and explained the history and sites in a clear and interesting way. He also made sure that we had enough time to enjoy each place without feeling rushed. The private tour was comfortable and well organized, and communication with the company was easy throughout the trip. We also received a beautiful and valuable personalized silver cartouche as a gift from Marko Egypt Tours, which was a very thoughtful gesture and a lovely souvenir to remember our trip to Egypt. We highly recommend Marko Egypt Tours to anyone looking for a well-organized private 3-day Cairo experience with a professional guide and excellent service.

Mr. Bassam is hands down the best tour guide you could ask for. He is incredibly knowledgeable—he’s an actual archaeologist!—and exceptionally friendly. My family truly loved the entire experience; he went above and beyond to keep our kids engaged, even bringing juice for them and a torch for my son to explore the dark tombs! Best of all, there were no unsolicited stops at shops for kickbacks, which made the trip so much more enjoyable. Our driver, Hassan, was also wonderful. He took great care of us the whole time and was always there whenever we needed help. We highly recommend both this tour and this fantastic team!
