Excellent tour. Had to pay extra to go to Sugarloaf which surprised me. Also, I originally booked for double occupancy and had to pay extra for single occupancy because my daughter could not make the trip. Isn't it cheaper for the operator to have only one person rather than two on the tour (which I had paid for)? Why should I have to pay an extra $100 for just one person? That was a ripoff..

For something totally different in the region, there's a good trekking route between Petrópolis and Teresópolis run by Nattrip.
