Instructions for upcoming activities were communicated well.

At the beginning we had some issues with the hotel, after traveling 10h+ from Berlin to Dubai we were tired and arriving to a hotel who cancelled your reservation was a unexpected, however I manage to contact the responsable of the company and after the first complicated night they knew exactly what were they doing, they compensate in so many ways the mistake and at the end we ended up being the happies with this trip, the hotel cold be better, but for the price is totally worth it.

Tour guide very good but some times hard to understand. Bus driver also very good. There were two incidents that happened. One at the Oasis. An older women in our group was approached inappropriately by a man. She obviously walked away but was a bit disturbed. Incident two. At the place where they keep the camels, not where we rode the camels. A man inappropriately approach the young girl in our group. She was very upset. Both incidents the women were alone because we were assured it was staff. Maybe you should instruct your tour guides to make sure all women are accompanied. On day one there was no time to get the group together and introduce ourselves. We just checked our name off on a list that no one could read, and jumped on a bus. Please make the form with our names on it, BIGGER.
