- 11 Day Ultimate Irish Experience - Small Group Tour
We have recently returned from an incredible 11-day tour with Irish Experience Tours, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the very start, the journey was made even more enjoyable thanks to the comfortable and luxurious bus, which allowed us to sit back, relax and take in Ireland’s stunning landscapes in style. The star of the show was Leigh, our tour guide and driver, who was simply outstanding. He was personable, passionate and professional throughout the entire trip. His love of Irish history and culture was absolutely infectious, and he had a wonderful way of bringing stories to life through engaging anecdotes. He kept the whole group entertained and involved, including our ten-year-old daughter. Leigh’s flexibility was also greatly appreciated. As anyone who has visited Ireland knows, the weather can be unpredictable, but he handled every change seamlessly. When plans needed adjusting, he quickly incorporated alternative activities, ensuring we never felt like we had missed out on anything. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The pace of the tour was perfect. We never felt rushed, and there was a fantastic balance of guided experiences led by knowledgeable locals, free time to explore at our own pace, and visits to iconic tourist attractions. The accommodation options were excellent throughout, offering both comfort and charm. Leigh’s recommendations for restaurants and pubs were spot-on (although perhaps not so great for our waistlines)! The food, atmosphere and local experiences were highlights in themselves. Most importantly, there was plenty of “craic” along the way - great fun, laughter, and attempts/failures at singing along to The Rattlin’ Bog. We would highly recommend Irish Experience Tours to anyone looking for an authentic, well-organised and thoroughly enjoyable Irish adventure.
