July 13, 2026 Group of 12 with Ruben, our guide. From the airport pickup at Qaqortoq to the hostel in Narsaq and the return trip, the transportation was organized very well, and flawless. Many thanks to our guide Ruben for a memorable and amazing trip; Professional with a fun attitude and a great Spotify playlist, clear instructions, frequent weather forecast checks. Gears (dry suit, PFD, spray skirt, mittens) all good. They gave us a 20 liter and a 40 liter dry bags. We had to put up a fight to place two 20 liter bags in the rear hatch of the tandem kayak. I wish I had taken my own down sleeping bag and mattress which were 1/3 the size of what Tasermuit provided. The 3 meals were very good with multiple selections for breakfast and lunch. A chair pad was provided. Know your sit to rise!! The 2 person tent was very good & stayed dry in rainy conditions. Hot water and nice shower in the Narsaq hostel. I highly recommend this trip.

It was certainly an adventure: camping next to stunning mountains and fjords, walking on a glacier, kayaking around icebergs, fast Zodiac rides between campsites, watching a large piece of glacier carving into the fjord, and doing several beautiful treks. And we saw the Northern Lights a few evenings, which was wonderful. But it was also very basic in terms of facilities and food (basic camping style). If you're thinking of this kind of adventure then be prepared to wash in glacial streams and squat behind rocks for the toilet! There was also quite a bit of lugging luggage to get from the boats to the campsites. The trip was very well organised and our main guide, Pablo, and all the other guides and boat skippers who supported him, were excellent. Tasermiut is a Spanish-owned company and thus all the guides were Spanish. We met very few local people, which was a shame. Also, in our group of 12, we had people from four different European countries, and sadly half the group were unable to speak to the other half because we didn't share a common language. That also meant that the guides had to repeat everything they said in Spanish and English. We did all enjoy playing cards together though which didn't require a common language! I'd also hoped to see more wildlife in Greenland, but that wasn't the case. In the two weeks we saw very little which was rather disappointing, but that's nature I guess.

This was a fantastic trip. Pablo was an excellent guide and went above and beyond expectations. Highly recommend!
