After Australia I traveled south east Asia before getting the most amazing job with intro travel! I love taken groups to some of the most beautiful places in Thailand!

I loved being able to combine the Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand tours altogether and felt each tour had great diversity from the other. From start to finish the tours were packed full of amazing activities and unique experiences - made even better with our great leader Jay's fantastic local knowledge. They had the perfect balance of scheduled activities to free time to explore at your own pleasure. Jay was an incredible leader, always fun, approachable, and really looked after us! I cant recommend these tours enough it was completely unforgettable and I cant wait to book another tour with Intro.

I would recommend intro travel! As I have now done Thai intro and Vietnam intro which were both great and I feel you get a lot more included compared to other tour companies.

Our group had some people in it that struggled a little bit and he was always very patient and polite. I feel like I met a new friend who I can grab a beer with and chat with about Thailand! If you are looking to go on a tour that is fun, relaxed and incredibly rewarding, then this tour is certainly for you. From the minute we met up with our tour guide Jay, we knew that it was going to be a 9 days that we'd never forget. From doing the cooking class in Bangkok, to canoeing through the most breath taking landscape that I'd ever seen in the khao sak national park, you are sure to make some memories that you would never forget. All of the planned activities are varied and rewarding and yet you still feel like you have enough free time in between in order to explore and relax.
In regards to our tour leader Jay, I couldn't recommend him more. Not only is he incredibly well organised, he is just generally a great bloke to be around. One thing to mention though, his beer pong playing skills are poor.
Overall the tour has been a trip that I will never forget and would highly recommend to everyone!

One of my favourite parts was the Thai cooking class which was really fun, and also gave a small insight into Thai customs. The floating bungalows in the beautiful Khao Sok National Park was also also a highlight.
Our tour guide, Jay was very organised and professional and made sure everyone was OK throughout the tour. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to have a varied experience of Thailand, rather than just a beach holiday!

Jay is an incredible tour guide, instantly became my friend from the airport pick up, he is extremely knowledgeable of all things Thailand, he is funny, caring, supportive everything you need from a guide. The accommodation is lovely, especially the bungalows at Khao Sok and at your home in Sarana. There seemed to be the perfect amount of time in each place, nothing too rushed and I couldn't believe how much was actually included in the price. Came away with some life-long memories, thank you for an unforgettable time.

The accommodation was basic but sufficient for what we needed and centrally located. All the tours were great in which we learned a lot about the local places and the Thai culture. Everything ran smoothly, the food was great and for the price, the inclusions were great too. My favourite part was definitely Koh Phangan and the accommodation there. It was great to have some chill time, hang out with Jay and the rest of the people on tour with me. The views were stunning and it was great to right on the beach.

Innerhalb der Gruppe lernt man die verschiedensten Kulturen kennen, sowie man die thaikultur hautnah erlebt. Von unserem Guide Jay wurden wir so wunderbar durch die Zeit hier begleitet, da er uns mit viel Witz und Humor die Vorzuege Asiens naeher brachte. Die Unterkuenfte waren immer einwandfrei in den wunderschoensten Kulissen. Also nur empfehlenswert, ich wuerde es immer wieder tun!

The overall tour was average, at best. The accommodations were average at best, a few places lacked decent air conditioning . furthermore, having the group spend 3 days at Sarana bungalows is ridicul…The overall tour was average, at best. The accommodations were average at best, a few places lacked decent air conditioning . furthermore, having the group spend 3 days at Sarana bungalows is ridiculous - intro travel owns the accommodations and they give no kind of discounts on food or drinks to people who book through them. all while we were there was go to the elephant and go snorkeling. We could have spent one day doing the elephants and spend one or two days somewhere else.
additionally, When we asked our guide why we didn't get any kind of discount on drinks or food at Sarana, he said that new rooms don’t pay for themselves - the hotel was building additional rooms.... pretty sure all of the people paying for thai intro cover that cost.
Our leader was disappointing. he brought us to same bar two night in a row that was absolutely dead and made not attempt to find a better one - this made it seem as if was just getting free drinking or that he following a plan and was unwilling to adapt. He also took us to a “great” Indian restaurant in bangkok. everyone goes to Thailand to great Indian food...
This trip is primarily just a boozy trip/ bar crawl around Thailand. I recommend taking Bali Intro, its run by the same company but it a significantly better. the trip does a better job of balancing culture and drinking.

Lucy, a second guide, joined the group for the first part of the trip. She was great addition and I think two guides was very nice. I wanted to go to Thailand, but was hesitant to travel alone. In the end it will be the other travelers in my group that I will remember for a lifetime, even more than the tourist activities. We all got along very well. Overall, beautiful country, well organised tour, and great group leaders.

Intro travel has organised this tour amazingly and the activities involved in the package are widely ranged and so much fun. Everyone in my group is different but coming on my own they were all lovely and we all got along. Jay always made sure we are all comfortable and when he explained our daily plans i was left asking no questions because he mentioned everything we would get up to. Jay helped me plan my travel back to Bangkok after this trip and at ease too. I would deffo recommend Intro Travel and i would choose them again.

Very much enjoyed the guided visit round the temples in Bangkok and the boat trip in Ko Phangan, had loads of time to enjoy making amazing new friends from different backgrounds. The organisation of the tour and flexibility for being able to do your own thing when you want to is great and helps you really make the most of your experience in Thailand.
The trip was everything I expected and more! Chris and jay were great tour leaders and helped us out with everything we needed, couldn't have done it without them!

Chris went above and beyond for our group always helping out and making us feel safe and secure....but more importantly he brought smiles to everyone, and both him and jay blended with everyone no one was left out! The group whist large with 27 have been amazing, Thailand is so beautiful and by doing this trip it helps you see so much with out the hassle of booking it yourself. More importantly the reps have been amazing, so friendly, always checking if people are ok, never singled anyone out, made sure everyone was included. I will be recommending this to all my friends, I'm so glad I am booked on another two. I will be booking on more. I have had the best time, cannot thank the reps enough.

You see so much in a short space of time as the tour is well organised and you make friends within the group so quickly and easily, some of which I have no doubt will extend beyond leaving this trip. The views from the floating bungalows (yes they are all really floating) and the bungalows on the beach on the last few days of the tour are amazing. They help you with onwards travel or plans for the rest of your trip and it really does take the stress and worry out of making sure you see the best parts of Thailand. The tour leaders are all so friendly and knowledgeable and quickly put the group at ease, breaking the ice. Our tour leader Jay made sure everyone in the group was always included in what we were doing and was having a good time, from sightseeing to the nights out. Would definitely use Intro Travels again!

The beaches in Thailand are beautiful and the tour allows for a lot of time on them, even having accommodation right on the beach so you can spend your free time here too. Our tour leader, Jay, made the trip incredibly fun and relaxed, he was also incredibly knowledgeable making onward travel very easy. Friendships within the group were made incredibly quickly and I'm sure they will continue after thaintro is finished. I would highly recommend the tour to anyone looking for a fun, relaxed time exploring Thailand.

My group leaders were fantastic as well. During my stay in Bangkok my friend got sick and we had to change groups (from Jay's to Adam's) to stay a day longer there. Thanks to Adam we didn't miss out on anything, we could have as much fun as we would in the first place. He was also very helpful - took my friend to the clinic, helped with health insurance, we wouldn't have handled it on our own. In the end of the trip he also provided us with advice and helped with planning the rest of our travels after Thaintro. Both Jay and Adam were very entertaining, positive and knowledgeable guys. They made Thaintro an amazing experience! I loved every part of this trip!!!

The activities they had us participate in were really engaging and allowed us to interact with Thai culture in different ways; it wasn't just about going from place to place and taking pictures. Out of all of the activities, my personal favorites were the cooking class and the elephant experience. The group leaders were very good at taking care of us and making sure we had a good time, and I made many new friends! Strongly recommend for anyone looking to experience Thailand as a solo traveller or in a group.

Thaintro has been very helpful throughout and pull all the stops out to make your trip as trouble free as possible, e.g. they help you arrange all your onwards travel. The only negative I have is I had to wait over 3hrs to get picked up from the airport, which obviously isn't the start you want for a holiday. However despite this if I was to do a similar trip to one of their other destinations I would still use this company as the other aspects have made up for this error. Thank you Thaintro!!!

Thai Intro has been an amazing experience, it gives you the chance to meet and travel with like minded people, whilst taking away the stress of organising everything yourself. It's a perfect way to st…Thai Intro has been an amazing experience, it gives you the chance to meet and travel with like minded people, whilst taking away the stress of organising everything yourself. It's a perfect way to start your travels in Thailand, setting you up to explore other areas and islands afterwards, with people you've met or just the confidence to go it alone. I've done another tour in the West of Thailand, prior to this one, and although the accommodation was of a higher standard, the value for money was not a patch on Thai Intro. The accommodation is pretty basic and would benefit from air conditioning and better bathrooms. There were no hidden costs for additional activities and despite not having the meals included you mostly eat as a whole group (organised by the tour leader) but you have the flexibility to choose what you would like to eat and how much. Highlights of the tour are the cooking class in Bangkok, visiting and staying in Koh Sok National Park (which included all your meals and was delicious!) and the day on a boat in Koh Phangan. It's also a plus that there are only two early starts on the tour and most of the travelling is over two days so you don't feel like you are constantly on the move.
It was my boyfriend's birthday whilst we were on the tour and our tour leader, Jay, did a great job of organising a cake, games and night out which really made the day memorable.
One of the stand out features of Intro Tours (this is my second) compared to the tours I have done with other companies (Contiki and One Life Adventures) is that the tour leader gets involved in every aspect. Jay brought the whole group together, even in the free time, to play games, have dinner and give the group suggestions of things to do. This helped get everyone involved and keep the group together.

I think the bungalows at the resort could have been a lot better so we had nice rooms for at least part of our trip. The resort itself was pretty nice and had great access to the beach and pool. Wifi was not great. Jay was such a fun and kind guide and I'm truly lucky to have gotten him as my guide.
Loving the tour, the activities are amazing and the places we've gone have been fantastic. The gorgeous Jay has been so helpful and is a hell of a lot of fun!

As I have been home and sharing my experiences with family and friends, I have repeatedly said that I would do TourRadar again. The whole process was so simple and made our vacation so perfect. From the moment we landed at the airport I felt at ease. I, as well as my parents, were nervous for my first international travel alone but those anxieties were quickly eased once I was with the group. I felt safe for the entire duration of the trip. Becasue I felt safe I was able to fully experience Thailand, let go, and relax with the rest of the group. Doing a group tour I was a little hesitant that I would not get along with the group; however, our group was amazing.
As indicated, Jay was our tour leader. Jay did a phenomenal job making sure everyone felt included and doing whatever he could to make us all have the best trip. I do not know how he was patient for the whole duration of the trip but he was always calm, organized, and answered what seemed to be an endless cycle of questions we threw at him.
I had the best trip thanks to TourRadar and I would absolutely book with them again. I plan to as soon as I can save enough for another trip! (not that their prices are a lot, but the flights ya know). 10/10 recommend.

I do recommend using the safe or carrying your money with you at all times. These accommodations are upgraded versus the ones on the 9 day tour. They all had AC except the tree houses. The activities that were planned were organized accordingly. The free time provided was just perfect. Not too much that you feel you’re wasting time and not too little that you feel rushed. They really do pack the tour with plenty of activities that don’t leave you wanting for more. The meals included were delicious. There was always a variety available. There was a very picky eater and one with allergies on our tour, and our tour guide made sure they always got what they wanted or needed. Our tour guide took us to reputable restaurants for the dinners that weren’t included. The transportation was always taken care of. They were just what was expected. This truly was a care free trip. I did not have to worry about anything. Everything was taken care of by our guide. I will definitely travel with Intro Travel again. I 100% recommend this tour and company. They have Facebook groups created to help past travelers and future travelers connect, ask questions, and share tips. I felt very confident and ready when the trip came around thanks to that available resource.
