Everything was great, it was well organized and even with the hinder of the typhoon it didn't effect the trip at all. I really enjoyed the activities we did and also being able to hang around as a group during free time and dinner time, it was all well balanced and I felt relaxed because they were all reliable and made me feel safe even when I was dissorientated from being in a different country. The tour covered a lot of aspects and areas of Japan but I still would love to do it again and come back to Japan again. I will definitely book another tour with this company and recommend it to others too.

Guides: Our group was fortunate enough to be lead by 3 guides! Anna H, our lead guide, alongside Anna J and Jason F, who were preparing to lead their own groups.
Anna H. is THE best! She was knowledgeable, engaging, fun, and professional. Count yourself lucky if you get to have her as your guide. I have no doubt that Anna J and Jason will lead successful trips after shadowing her!
Itinerary & Travel: Despite covering multiple cities and prefectures, the travel aspect never felt overwhelming. The schedule was well-structured and kept us busy, but allowed for free time to do our own exploring. There was a good mix of city, history, and culture. As someone who lives in a big city, I particularly cherished Nagano and Koyasan. I loved quaintness, serenity, simplicity, cultural richness, and the ONSENS!
I would absolutely recommend this tour! My travel mates, our guides, and the beautiful people of Japan made this trip unforgettable and I’m excited to go back to Japan (hopefully) in the near future!

She's also sorted out everyone's onward travels to multiple locations and given a variety of activities to do after the tour has finished.
The tour has been amazing with a good variety of activities such as pub crawls, snorkeling, trekking and cultural activities.
My favourite parts have been seeing spinner dolphins jumping through the air and the chilled vibes on Gili T.

There was a good balance between chill time/relaxing on the boat and activities - such as kayaking, cycling in a beautiful national park, swimming in the sea at the daily swim stops, sightseeing and going out to Croatian bars/clubs. The boat was amazing and the views of the sea and Croatian coastline every day were frankly incredible. Special thanks to our group leaders, Anna and Becca! They both had great energy, ensured everything went smoothly and that everyone felt included. Anna is also an encyclopaedia on Croatia! If you are in two minds about going, I strongly recommend that you just book it! I can’t believe how good the trip was! Thank you again Anna and Becca for such an amazing experience ?

I got back from the Croatia Sail trip a few days ago and I can safely say I had the TIME OF MY LIFE! I am so happy I booked on as I met amazing people and got to explore such a beautiful country in an…I got back from the Croatia Sail trip a few days ago and I can safely say I had the TIME OF MY LIFE! I am so happy I booked on as I met amazing people and got to explore such a beautiful country in an amazing way. Living and sailing on a boat around the islands smashed any expectations I had. I was slightly concerned it wouldn't live up to the video but boy, it blew it out of the water (no pun intended). The best part for me was the fact I didn't have to think or organize anything. Everything was sorted by Intro and our Reps (Anna and Becca) were amazing. They had everything sorted, were always on hand and clearly knew what they were talking about/doing.
If you're debating bookings this trip just go ahead and book it. You're in safe hands and being able to share it with like minded people was truly special. I get groups can be a variable you can't control but boy did I get a great one. The week is action packed with sea kayaking, cycling around a national park, walking tours around some beautiful cities, swim stops and some great nights out - and so much more - there are too many highlights. Oh, and the food is amazing! what they can cook up in a tiny kitchen is truly amazing! 3 course meals everyday on the boat... what more do you want? This trip has everything! I've already booked another trip to Sri Lanka with them. I really feel Intro have got it right with how personal and action packed the adventure is. Just book it! Thanks so much Intro!

I was super nervous booking this trip having not travelled alone before but I’m so glad I did. I’ve met so many incredible people from around the world and the memories I’ve made will stay with me forever.
The trip itself really is for everyone. There’s lots of activities, evenings out, boat parties, quiz nights and down time on the boat too! The boat really was special too. Our tour guides Anna and Becca were awesome too, nothing was too much trouble and they made the trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible!
If you’re deciding whether to book on, just do it, you won’t regret it!

She was fantastic at making sure everyone felt welcome and comfortable in the group, and always made sure everyone was included. Her dance moves weren’t that bad either. Anna you were AMAZING!
The tour had an exciting variety of activities including visits to the temple, and selfies with monkeys. The highlight of the trip was snorkelling in Nusa Lembongan where we were able to see manta rays up close, and was able to swim with turtles.
There was a perfect amount of free time, and Anna was always so informative with giving us ideas of things we could do, and suggestions of local restaurants in the area.
I have met the most amazing people during my 15 days, and I have certainly made friends for life. Would 100% recommend for anyone to do an intro tour, I have already booked my next.

This was my first trip away from family as i only just turned 18, however the intro team never failed to make me feel comfortable and safe within my trip. From the extensive info i was given to put my…This was my first trip away from family as i only just turned 18, however the intro team never failed to make me feel comfortable and safe within my trip. From the extensive info i was given to put my mind at ease, to the amazing leaders of my group Anna and Becca who never failed to have a smile on their faces (no matter how hungover and tired they were). Don’t think i will go to another company for tours ever again. This is by far the best 10 days I’ve had in my life…it is also safe to say this trip has given me travel fever and i will not planning on staying home for long!

Anna was a phenomenal tour guide, going above and beyond - creating her own pub trivia, arranging massages, leading side excursions, and restaurant recommendations galore! From biking in Mjlet to kayaking in Dubrovnik to old town walking tours to clubbing in Hvar we experienced so much! Onboard breakfasts, three course lunches daily, and group dinners out in the evening. I could not have asked for a better vacation or first trip to Croatia. I would travel with Intro again and would be thrilled to travel with Anna again.

Being over 30 was great to have a group with a real mixture of ages. The tour had a good balance of activities, chillin on the boat and going out when you wanted. I would recommend going on the trip in June as not fully high season yet so not super busy but still so warm.
The boat (Spalato) was much nicer then I was expecting. The crew on board were just great so attentive. The food was amazing with 3 course lunches everyday! Captains dinner was then a real highlight for me.

We also got a decent amount of time by the sea which I really loved. The snorkelling and dolphin boat trips were highlights for me.
Our group leader, Anna, was amazing as well. She was super inclusive of everyone, very flexible if you wanted to do your own thing and always got a good game going.
It was a super fun 12 days!

Absolutely loved seeing Croatia's beautiful scenery, learning about it's history and exploring it's town and cities. My favourite part was probably kayaking around Dubrovnik's medieval fortifications. Other highlights include trying local wines and swimming in clear turquoise waters.
Our tour guide was Anna, who within an hour or so, felt more like a mate than a tour guide. She is funny, friendly and lots of fun to be around. She is also really knowledgeable about Croatia in general, and more importantly, on a local level. She can always recommend the best places to eat, drink, relax and explore.
Would definitely recommend this trip, especially if Anna is your guide.

From getting to sleep at a Buddhist temple, to getting to experience a onsen bath, going to Osaka castle and finally to the samurai lesson. The information given was accurate and the locations visited were outstanding, WISH we could have spent a bit more time in nagano shibu as there are some amazing abandoned places up the mountain and great sunset views.
the only part of the tour I wasnt totaly impressed by was the koyasan monk temple and fire ceremony, it seemed over hyped, very small town with very few restraunts that close early so unless you LOVE vegan food the closest place to get food from is about a 20 min walk and I cant say I agree with the cemetary tour, there is an audio tour which I think would have been better and more respectful, not to say it wasnt interesting I just dont agree with a guide yelling about the history and facts of the place at 7-8 PM and making the kind of money they do from it.
Aside from that I loved every seccond and cant wait for more tours, hopefully with Anna Holling. for sure going to do my best to make sure the dates of my next tours coincide with her being the leader!

I had one of the best times of my life and was able to experience a lot of Japan in a packed 13 day schedule. I feel like I was able to get a taste of many of Japan's wonderful sights and live like a Japanese resident. Starting out in Tokyo and ending in Kyoto, a lot of experiences in between. The accommodations throughout the whole trip were amazing. Most of the places you will be rooming with other people from the tour group and they will be organized the the group leader. I made plenty of friends in the group and after the tour ended, it was hard to say goodbye. Our tour group leader, Anna, was wonderful! She guided the tour group with ease and gave many recommendations and suggestions in the many free time you get to have during the tour. She also gave many pointers about Japanese cultures and manners to make sure we aren't being disrespectful to the locals. For anyone on the fence on trying out Japan Adventures from Intro Travel, I highly recommend you do it. I had the best time experiencing Japan with a great group of people.

It's hard to say which was the best part, everything was so good and got to see such a huge selection of Japan in a small amount of time. I now feel more confident about returning to Japan by myself in the future.

Our meals on the boat were delicious and I loved staying on the upper deck. Definitely bring sea sickness remedies/ bracelets though - even if you don’t think you’re prone to it - it snuck up on some of us. Don’t hesitate to book!!

She was a fountain of knowledge and was always available to answer questions. She never seemed to stop she was a great group leader. The activities where great getting to see dubrovnik by kayak and cycling in mijlet was incredible. Anna also could always help with suggestions for things to do outside of the group things we did. She was so easy to chat to and helpful. The hostel let down the experience due to it not being as nice as the boat or any of the places we visited. Every location had something different to offer and it was so great to see so many places.

The tour was so well organised, with the perfect balance between exploring new places and lying out on the top deck on the boat whilst travelling to our next location / stopping for a swim stop along the way. My favourite experiences were Mljet National Park (which I didn’t even know about before!), Krka National park (and its beautiful waterfalls), walking the walls in Dubrovnik, and our Captain’s Dinner. None of this could have been possible without Anna - she was like an older sister to us all on the trip, bringing all the fun and inclusivity whilst making sure we were all safe and organising all the different elements of the trip (what a powerhouse!). Anna alonside Jazmin and Jonny truly made this experience so easy and fun, we didn't have to worry about a single thing. Tubing down the river in torrential rain, the elephant sanctuary and beach parties are experiences I'll never forget and I think I've truly made friends for life. I would recommend not only Intro Travel to anyone but also cannot rate Anna, Jaz and Jonny highly enough!

The accomodation was amazing; staying in some of the worlds most beautiful places! Our tour guides, Anna, Jazmin and Jonny were outstanding, down to earth and professional the whole trip! They were supportive and we couldn’t have asked for a better group. Made some friends for life. The Thai experience was so good we pre-booked our next trip before leaving! Highly recommended.

I've been to Thailand and Asia before, but this was the first time I did a group tour. I did not regret it!
Thai Intro is perfect for getting to know the vibe of Thailand. All the places we went to were worth seeing and all the tours showed us the most beautiful places. Because of the Covid situation, Thailand was still very empty. What I found pleasant, so we could also enjoy the otherwise very touristy places like Koh Phi Phi.
At the beginning I was worried that a group of 24 (with group leader) was too big, but on the contrary! We had so much fun and met so many great people from many different countries. The travelers were all young, sporty and open to any kind of adventure. The parties were insane! We had such a great time together!
But we had also the possibility to spend time alone if we wanted to.
What can you expect from ThaiIntro? You get a very good mix of action, adventure, party, incredible beaches and time to chill out in the sun. It is certainly not a relaxing vacation, but a vacation to experience something.
Anna Holling was our group leader. She did a perfect job. She was always in a good mood, very caring and qualified. She took care of individual problems and we had a lot of fun with her! She also knew her way around very well, so the trip went off without any issues. Anna also helped us with our onward travel at the end and booked our ferries and transportation.
I would travel with Intro Travel again anytime! In the end, my only regret was not booking 18 days with the group!

The 18 day tour was fantastic. I would recommend doing this longer one as some of the best parts were in Chiang Mai. I was lucky to have Anna as my group leader who was amazing, she is a genuinely lovely person who wants you to enjoy your holiday! She gave great tips for each place we had a free time in, the nights out were fantastically organised and balanced.
My favourite part of the trip was Hoi An, it's such a beautiful city, but the Mekong Delta, Halong Bay and Ninh Binh are places that a photo will never do justice.
