She is SO good at her job, she made everyone feel at home, safe & excited about our adventures in Cambodia. She is so easy to talk to and was there night or day, for whatever. She is a fountain of knowledge on travelling and literally the best person I could imagine to be my tour leader for a tour such as this one.
I adored Cambodia and will 100% be coming back. The tour wasn’t as rushed as some of the others I’ve done and M’pay bay was glorious. I loved the food, the culture and all the activities involved in the trip. A really good mix of adventure and relaxation, truly something for everyone.

I've already booked 2 more. I'm a quiet and anxious person, so I was quite nervous about it, especially since this was my first trip to Asia (and the furthest I've gone alone!). My group was only 6 people including the leader, which was smaller than usual, but I thought it was great. We were all solo and everyone was so nice!
Our group leader, Adele, was lovely, and it was great to have a point of contact in Cambodia before I even got there, in case anything went wrong (which it did, my suitcase got lost and Adele was really helpful!).
The tour itself was very chill, no rushing around or being constantly on the go. We did some great things (like the cooking class, exploring jungle pools, seeing Angkor Wat) and also had some of our own downtime.
As a vegan, I was also super pleasantly surprised by all the great food! Some of the breakfasts were a bit sad (plain toast) but all the other meals were genuinely so tasty. Adele was great with ensuring I had some good stuff to eat.
I also loved the little things, like litter picking while kayaking, all the water refills at our accommodation and how some of the restaurants we visited were part of charities and helping local communities.
I would absolutely recommend and look forward to my next tour!

Adele as our group leader is a fountain of knowledge from the best quirky shops & restaurants to in-depth facts about the culture in Sri Lanka. She sorted any issues & onwards with ease & I couldn’t have had a better trip!

I have had the best experience of Bali. I have seen so many different things that I would never dream of if I was organising it myself. Adele, our tour guide, has been amazing. Everything you see and do, the places you stay and the friendships you create along the way are worth every cent.
The only slight change I’d like to see to the tour is see the food become a little more accomodating to those who are vegetarian or vegan, there were a few of us on my trip and I found the places we were eating at didn’t have a lot of option some only had 1 option for vegans, sometimes that unfortunately is just the case with the place you are in at the time, however most of the time we were walking past many restaurants which were advertising many vegan/ vegetarian options, so it would be nice to see this change incorporated into the tour.
However if you like all foods and have no dietary requirements then I can promise you that eating won’t be an issue and the food options for those who eat meat are great!

We couldn’t have asked for more - she was organised friendly and fun, and welcoming to everyone whether they were travelling solo or in a pair. Nothing was too much trouble and it was also so helpful having someone to help with travel questions/arrangements and transfers etc.

The itinerary is fantastic with a great range of activities and time to relax. I was amazed at how much we fit in in such a short amount of time! The highlight for me was staying in Intro’s private villa and seeing wild dolphins in Lovina. It takes a big weight off your shoulders to have everything organised for you, especially transportation. Our group leader Adele was incredible! She was quick to solve any problems, always gave recommendations for food at restaurants and was great fun on nights out! Our tour wouldn’t have been the same without her. I couldn’t recommend Intro enough!

Our group leader was Adele and we could not have asked for a better group leader. She was fun, organised and knowledge and it was clear that she loved the job and wanted us to have the best time. She was lovely to be around and it was sad to say goodbye!
The tour itself was well organised and seamless in terms of going from place to place and the different activities. I got to try things I have never done before such as surfing and climbing a volcano!
I came along with a friend but the experience on this tour has given me the confidence to do another tour travelling by myself.

Myself and my husband did the 12 day Bali Intro trip which was amazing and included so many great activities, with awesome accommodation and enough chill out time in between.
Our group leader was Adele who made the trip so easy and hassle free. We would not have seen or done half of the things that we did or found any of the wee gem restaurants without Adeles knowledge or planning.
Adele made our trip an absolute delight, despite us turning up a day late with a little surprise in tow (7 weeks pregnant)! Throughout the whole tour Adele constantly checked in to make sure everything was alright, she was a complete superstar when it came to organising anything for us or recommending places to go. She clearly loves her job and takes great pride in what she does and making sure everyone has a great time.
Bali is a truly beautiful place and this really was a trip to remember and want to thank Adele for making it an outstanding trip! We will hopefully meet you again on another tour (maybe in a couple of years)

During the tour she was very easy to get along with and it felt that she made it easy for every personality type to fit in and have an enjoyable experience. We’ll be planning our next tour with Intro soon and will be very happy to have a leader like Adele again!

The itinerary is excellent with a mixture of activities and time to chill out which is balanced brilliantly. The accommodation and transportation is of the highest quality so I can’t comprehend how good the Intro Experience tour would be! As for Adele our tour guide, what a star. Knowledgable, organised and most importantly fun to be around and personable. This lady ran the show and starred in it as well! What a legend!
Yet again kudos Intro and Adele. You have surpassed my expectations of an outstanding tour and I am already looking forward to my next experience with you guys and gals! Five stars all round!

Coming to Bali I had no idea what to expect. But from the moment I walked in (granted I was late as my case was the last one off the plane) Adele was there from the get-go. Immediately I was introduced to my fellow travelly people and had a pizza (classic pepperoni went down a treat). From there I had a couple of bevvys and had a good night sleep after a 2 day travel time.
The next day I finally understood what I booked onto as Adele brilliantly explained what we’d be doing and when.
From then on it’s just been a bundle of laughs and a few manic seshingtons and very good food(even for people like me who rely on chips to live).
Highlight for me was the few days in the Gili Isles as the booze was cheap and the sea was nice. Seeing a turtle or two was great too even if you have to wear a life jacket because you’re a crap swimmer.
If you’re one of those on the fence about doing a tour, or a bit worried that if you book Bali you’ll starve because you won’t like the food. Trust me when I say book it and don’t look back.
The people are great, your travelly holiday friends are great, the sights are great, the culture is great and Adele is absolutely brilliant!!!
Just please god don’t rent a moped.

The itinerary was exceptional, with each day serving up truly memorable experiences- dolphin cruise, traditional home stay and temple visits amongst a host of others. The accommodation was a really good standard at each location. Rooms were air conditioned and there was a uniqueness to each hotel which was great. Adele was our tour leader and she is simply the best! She was amazing at ensuring all 21 of us had the best Bali experience possible through awesome organisation skills and first class knowledge of the areas. She was not only our tour leader but also a friend who we could have a great time with! All in all 10/10!

Our tour guide Adele is super warm which made everyone feel at ease from the get go. She commands respect by being kind, funny, knowledgable and honest. I would recommend intro to anyone looking into tours as the variety they have to offer is outstanding.

My tour leader Adele also made the experience exciting and became more like a friend than a leader and still stayed professional with us all! She also made me feel at ease from the beginning as I was a solo traveller and I was nervous meeting a new group of people. If we had any problems/injuries she knew how to deal with them in the right way!
Overall I Enjoyed my time away from home and I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who is interested in travelling alone or in a group!

Unfortunately, time restraints restricted me to the 9 day tour but I would not hesitate to do the 12 day as I didn't want the tour to end. One change I would make would be the first hotel, it was ok but wasn't on the same level as the other accommodations on the tour which were spectacular (especially the villa!!!).

Adele was more than a group leader, she became one of the gang and genuinely cared about speaking to everyone and making sure we where all having the best time, from day 1 she brought us all together. Adele Bateman, our tour leader was the best leader you could hope for, she had time for every each one of us when we needed it, and she helped us bonding and creating a good spirit throughout the tour!
She has a beautiful mindset that makes the sunrise a little bit more colourful when you feel like you’re behind a thick gray blanket! Big thanks to her for making the tour fantastic, brilliant, and fun!

The tour was pretty good. Overall accommodations had spotty Wi-Fi and the included meals were pretty standard. However, the sights are beautiful and the people were great.
I enjoyed this tour and would recommend it.
