So, Thai Experience was everything I wanted it too be and more, from the greeting at the airport to sitting writing this review it’s been incredible - not only have we been fortunate to have a group that I will walk away calling friends but we’ve shared the most amazing memories and seen the best of Thailand all stress free and full on fun thanks to our fabulous leader Sian.
If you want to explore Thailand first hand, see the best bits and have no worries at all this is totally the tour for you and if you’re as lucky as us you’ll get Sian as your leader who embraces everyone for who they are, inspiring you to be the best you and embracing life by treasursing every moment! If you’re about to book I’m already jealous of you..

I feel that the value for money was great with evening meals included and the quality of the accommodation. Everything was really well organised and I felt relaxed at all times. Our group leader, Sian was the best guide that I could have hoped for. She was fun, friendly and was always on hand to offer advice and help. Her energy and good vibe made this trip better than I ever could have imagined, she is the best! I would really recommend this trip to any and every one!

It wouldn’t be easy to guide a group like ours with so many people (different people at that) Sian handled it with such patience and knowledge. I found her to be very knowledgeable, fun and easy to approach and talk to. Because of this tour I am booking another one with intro , this time with my husband. The tour took all the guesswork and planning out of traveling to a new country. Anyone who gets to have Sian as a leader is the luckiest as she will make sure you have the most amazing time! Her love and passion for travel, the country and company really shines through! I was very impressed with Intro travel and would highly recommend it to anyone ,especially if Sian is the leader!

I can honestly say that the 18 day tour was one of the best trips I’ve ever been on. The tour gives everyone such a varied experience of Thailand from learning about the culture, to seeing some amazin…I can honestly say that the 18 day tour was one of the best trips I’ve ever been on. The tour gives everyone such a varied experience of Thailand from learning about the culture, to seeing some amazing places and doing fun activities. Sian was our tour leader and I could not have asked for a better tour leader. Sian went above and beyond to make sure everyone in the group was having the best time and made sure that everything was being taken cared of for us. Unfortunately, I ended up breaking my ankle during the jungle trek. Despite this unfortunate accident, the way Sian and the rest of my group handled this was all I could have asked for. Sian went above and beyond to make sure I got the help I needed and was really supporting in a time I was in a lot of pain. I will always be grateful for this. Despite my injury, it has not taken away from this amazing trip and I would highly recommend everyone to do this tour.

When a girl on my tour broke her ankle, she could not have done more to put this girls safety and comfort first and ensured everyone on our tour remained calm and guided us through a very stressful period with so much professionalism. I know personally that Sian was adored by every person on this tour and made each persons experience individually amazing. The tour has catered for both relaxation and adrenaline and I could not have been happier with my experience.

The range of activities was great. It is a very fast paced tour and at times we could have done with a bit more rest time, that being said there was always the option not to take part. I would definitely do an intro tour again! The accommodation has been 5* and the included meals have been great! Sian has made the trip fun and enjoyable with her positive attitude! The group wanted to go to a show in Phuket and she was able to make that happen for us all! It was also my birthday whilst on tour and Sian made it such an amazing day adding cute little extras! Extremely happy with the 13 day experience and it makes it better having a leader so Enthusiastic and positive! Thanks Sian for making this such a great experience

Sian has been the best group leader I could ever wish for, from the first arrival at Bangkok airport she made me feel comfortable in the group & ever since has made the experience really fun! The activities on the tour have been amazing & all of the spots that we have been to have been stunning, making me so happy that I chose to do this tour as I would never have had such a good time on my own without the knowledge of where to go. The accommodation went beyond expectations, especially at the national park and in Koh Phangang.

Food was always incredible and we tried the best local cuisine available and also had other nights where we had loads of variety too. The hostels were amazing with the best views imaginable. The only knit pick would be the mattresses and pillows at the floating bungalows. Nonetheless I will 100 % book onto another tour again! Thanks Sian and thank you Intro Travel.

Our group leader Sian was absolutely incredible; not only was she super organized she brought so much energy to the group and tour. I would recommend to book the 12 day tour, because you don't want to miss Phi Phi. And Sian is very good at her job as a tour guide!
