Thank you to our group leader Craig, who organised all of the activities and events: every recommendation was gold dust and his experience in Bali was so useful. Make sure to listen to all his recommendations! All of the activities were fantastic and many were firsts for me - dolphin watching, surfing, new cuisines and scuba diving to name a few. Accommodation was perfect and ideally located. I’ve already put a deposit down for my next Intro Travel trip. Thank you Intro, and a big thank you to Craig and Andre!

We had tour leader Craig and Andri with us. Both of them where incredible. Craig never failed to make us all laugh, he was extremely caring and patient. He did everything he could to make sure we were all happy and had the best trip despite already going above and beyond for us. Andri was exceptionally thoughtful and generous all the time. He went above and beyond and I know he will make the best leader when he has his own group. I’ll be forever grateful for the experience, the effort and length that intro and the leaders go to to make it so special. After having such an incredible experience in Vietnam with Josh. I didn’t think it would be possible to compare but both trips but they where extremely special in different ways. Mainly due to the leaders and also the people on the tours. I was blessed to find friends who I know I’ll keep in my life forever.
I couldn’t recommend intro tours more highly to anyone. Thank you so much and I can’t wait for my next next one!

I cannot recommend it enough! We did so many amazing things in just 13 days and went to so many places that I would have never even known to visit if I was travelling by myself. Of course the itinerary was amazing and super unique but what really made the trip special was our group leaders Craig and Danny who immediately made us all comfortable with eachother and kept us entertained 24/7. Intro Travel are the best tour company I’ve travelled with and I can’t wait to go on another of their tours in the future!

Everything was seamless from airport pickup to helping us navigate the covid restrictions. We were able to experience the culture and beauty of Thailand and did not want to leave! Craig our group leader was phenomenal. He always kept us laughing, went out of his way to help each of us if we needed something, he is very outgoing, inviting, and an overall great human being! We are lucky to have crossed paths! The experience tour offers upgraded accommodations and more included meals. There was always many options for meals including Thai and western foods and vegetarian? Our trip either Intro was so great we booked another to Bali and can’t wait??

I had a big birthday on the trip and he had arranged a few surprises for me, which were so thoughtful, a perfect extra touch. Thailand is incredible and on the trip you get to see so much of it. Although it’s a 13 day trip, it felt like I was there for so much longer as we did so much there. 100% recommend anyone to go. I went alone and instantly felt like I had friends within the group. Thanks to everyone we met at INTRO & of course, Craig. I can’t wait for my next INTRO adventure.

The activities were all super fun but the best one had to be swimming with the manta rays in Nusa Lembongan. Accommodation was spot on at all the different places we went and the food was just incredible at every stop. Traveled here solo and met a whole bunch of awesome people which made the time here in Bali even better. Our group leader Craig did a really awesome job of bringing everybody together and ran a really nice trip. Loved everything about this trip and looking forward to doing another one soon!

Intro Travel tours are always amazing experiences, & Bali has a lot to offer in terms of activities while also including plenty of downtime for what's arguably just as important: spending time getting to know your tourmates and relaxing! Highlight has to be the sunrise at Lovina, though you have to get up quite early for it if you go in summer! Craig is exactly the kind of person you need to lead these tours: knowledgeable, unfalteringly helpful, a great motivator, easy to become best friends with, and knows all the tricks to help you get the most out of the tour if you happen to get sick while you're there! 100% recommend this tour (though I recommend doing the 12 days if you have time because it's hard to separate from the group if you've only come to do 9 days), & 100% recommend Craig to lead it!

Craig, our group leader, was flawless. The energy he brought to the group was infectious and really made the tour. He was constantly working to make the trip run smoothly, while also ensuring he was present to answer any questions we had. I would happily jump on any future tour, in any country, which had him as a leader - you know you would be guaranteed the best time.

Don’t even know where to start! I enjoyed every second of this tour. The accommodation was fab couldn’t fault it at all was better than I expected as I have done tours with other companies that haven’t even come close to the standard you get on this trip. Indonesian traditional dishes, burgers, smoothie bowls etc pretty sure he has had everything from every menu! Being on the Intro tour made getting around so easy and stress free especially on busy boats! Last but definitely NOT least Craig himself! If you’re lucky enough to get this guy as your tour leader he is absolute gold! So full of life and positive energy. He had us all in stitches daily! He is hilarious, one of the most genuinely kind heart people I have ever come across. He will help you out with anything big or small! I arrived 3/4 days early before the tour started and he still made effort to go for tea with me and hang out even though he had a ton of other work to do. Aside from cracking everyone up he is completely professional, very knowledgable and could answer in detail any questions we had about the places we were, food, onward travel. Wish I never ever had to leave Bali was beautiful and I definitely made friends for life. Craig you’re an absolute diamond and it wouldn’t have been the same without you! ✌

To be honest it felt like being on holiday with a group of friends! Honestly can’t thank Craig and Gavin enough!!

He kept the group laughing constantly (even halfway up a volcano hike in torrential rain) and also had plenty of knowledge about Bali and it’s culture. A 5 star rating doesn’t do this trip justice.

Had such a lava-ly two weeks in Bali, the weather wasn't always the best but the company made it a "breeze". The hotels and villa were amazing and the included food was eggcelent. The sunrises and sunsets probed that even bad days had beautiful endings and we got plenty of vitamin "sea". And now I'm leaving my tan will fade but my memories will last forever! Craig helped us wash away our troubles and have good vibes on the tides!

Every part of the tour was well thought out, and well executed. Our guide made the trip - he created so many fun memories for us. Craig is an absolute legend, always went above and beyond. Example? Sure. I let him know I was proposing to my girlfriend (now Fiancé, phew!) on the trip and he lit up with excitement and immediately started to help plan it. We did it at the picturesque Devil's Punch Bowl in Nusa Lembongan. He coordinated with the rest of the group so they were in the loop, made it look like he was taking a picture when it was actually a video, and then counted down from three and the group split from both sides, leaving only us in the video, and BAM! Amazing time, amazing place, amazing people. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better guide! Thank you Craigoooo!

I would recommend Intro Travel to anyone and have actually recommended the Bali Experience to 3 people since returning home. Would definitely book another tour.

My group leader Craig was everything I hoped for in a group leader. Craig introduced himself to us all in a group chat and we were all able to get to know one another from there. Arriving in Denpasar, he communicated with myself and the others who arrived at the same time ensuring we arrived safely. With an introductory meal our group immediately clicked and I knew this was going to be THE best 12 days. Craig was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and approachable, especially when feeling very unwell *insert poo emoji*! Everything from accommodation to the excursions, Intro were definitely able to deliver. The itinerary was incredible, not only was I able to visit the places I've always dreamed of visiting, I was also able to see places I never dreamed of i.e. Canggu & Lovina both stunning places that you have to visit. I would recommend Intro highly to anyone who is looking to be introduced to the incredible island of Bali. And if you are looking for a group leader, then Craig is definitely the one you need to have, not only is Craig a friend for life also, every other member of my group! Best. Trip. Ever!

Throughout the trip I felt everything was well organised and thought through, from our first morning having an all you can eat breakfast (assuring me we will be well fed) to timings of transport and even knowledge of the temples etc. I thouroughly enjoyed the itinerary, definitely feeling coming away that I have had a true Bali experience with all it has to offer! Although Nusa Lembongan wasn’t on the initial itinerary I think it was one of the highlights of the trip, from 5star luxury accommodation to seeing manta rays and chilling on the beach into the early hours of the morning it was paradise from start to finish. Our group leader Craig was more one of the group and our friend (or our mummy looking after us all haha), he made the trip what it was, being enthusiastic about every single restaurant, befriending everyone in the group and every dog in Bali! I hope to keep in touch with Craig and the rest of the group, and will be booking with intro again in the future!

Even with our revised iterneray after the earthquake in Gilli T, I was kept informed and reassured that the trip wouldn't be affected, which it wasn't. The organisation involved made the trip effortless and more enjoyable. The accomadation was 5*, especially in Nusa Lembengon (our own island paradise). The tour group leader Craig was fantastic. He was well informed, enthusiastic, down to earth and 'Good craic.' He kept the group organised, made us all feel comfortable with each other and most importantly made sure that the entire trip was fun. I can not fault Craig, in fact I feel he made the overall experience even better. Most importantly I feel like I made a friend, not just a group leader. I will miss everything about Bali but especially our little group gatherings on the beach having a few drinks at night and meeting every dog in Bali and making them part of our group ("excuse me do you know you're a dog?"). I'll miss our little Bali family. It has been the best 2 weeks and I cannot wait for our reunion already!

The only other tour I could compare this to is one I took earlier in the year with a different company around Vietnam and Cambodia. That tour had a much more varied age range of participants, and the group size was way smaller, making it easier for everyone to get to know each other.
This tour: the group size was large and early 20's. I specifically booked a tour to get the Indonesian/Balinese experience (learn about the culture, etc.), but that was distinctly lacking.
I felt I learned nothing about the Indonesian people/history/way of life, which is what I was looking for from booking a tour. There was a HUGE emphasis on drinking during the tour, and some of the first few days started very late because of nights out in Kuta. As a non-drinker, that was a waste of my time, and money.
While our guide was very friendly and inclusive and very easy to get along with, he was also relatively new to living in Bali, and new to these tours, so he didn't have a lot of local knowledge to draw on or share. Which again, feeds back to the lack of info on Indonesia in general.
It's probably an age-thing, but I felt people can go drinking anywhere/at home. I was looking for something more from this tour, and while the activities were a lot of fun, this tour wasn't what I was looking for.

accommodation was so nice to stay in, the villa in Lovina was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed and it made you feel very lucky to be there. I The highlights of the trip were; the dolphin spotting, getting stuck in to the culture at the family visit and visiting Gili T island. Best trip ever and the people you meet, the places you go and having such a brilliant tour guide made it a very hard trip to say goodbye to. Thanks Craig for an amazing tour.

The itinerary was great with a perfect mix of activities and free time, and the accommodation options were excellent especially the Lovina villa which was simply stunning.
I would highly recommend the 12 day tour over the 9 day as you get added travel to Ubud and a Sunrise volcano trek, which was so much fun and really rounded off the trip well.
Overall, the trip was excellent value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to book with intro travel for my next trip :)

He was friendly, energetic & protective.. all atributes you need to be a top tour guide/leader. I wish him all the best for the future as I believe he will go far within this industry.

I can’t recommend the Bali intro tour enough! He made sure everyone was looked after and that everybody was comfortable. I myself can’t ride a bike and was dreading the bike tour in Gili island, but Craig went out of his way to find a tandem bike for us and had me riding in no time, it actually turned out to be my favourite activity on the trip! The trip had the perfect balance of education, culture and fun and I didn’t feel out of my depth in anything!! I’m so sad that it’s ended but anyone who has Craig as their leader is in for an amazing experience!

It was my first group tour and it far exceeded all expectations. It was very well organised and stress free. The company were very helpful with information both before, during and for any onward travel plans after the tour. The activities were all amazing, from the boat trip to see dolphins to snorkeling and volcano hiking for sunrise. The homestay in Lovina was an amazing experience and so lovely to meet the locals who have such a wonderful relationship with the tour leaders. This is the kind of experience you wouldn't be able to do without being part of the tour. With all the activities included in the tour price, the whole experience was very stress free and you could budget for your trip in advance without any hidden extras, unlike some other tours available.
All of the accommodation was of the highest standard! Everywhere we ate was delicious and served a mix of balinese and international cusinie options.
Craig was our group leader who was personally at the airport to pick us up and introduce himself. He was so knowledgeable about the country and culture, I learned more about Bali itself than I was expecting. He always looked after everyone on the tour, checking we had no problems or concerns at any stage. He gave us excellent recommendations for food, drinks or activities for any of our free time if we requested. Craig was great fun and made the trip a very memorable one! There was never a dull moment thanks to him and he brought the whole group together to leave us with some amazing memories of the trip!
I'll definitely be booking more trips with Intro in the future!
