My 10 days in Cambodia was a really great experience which enable me to get a full sense of the country's culture and history. Not knowing much about the country before hand I'm now so glad I visited …My 10 days in Cambodia was a really great experience which enable me to get a full sense of the country's culture and history. Not knowing much about the country before hand I'm now so glad I visited as part of a group as it's a real culture shock. Our guide Fleur made sure everything went as smoothly as possible making us feel really looked after! It must be a real challenge looking after a group of people in a place where people aren't always very reliable (we had some restaurant issues, lost tuk tuks and late boats!). We had a few rainy days to but fleur was always friendly and upbeat. The only downside of the trip was our stay in the tree house bungalows as they were damp, smelly and plagued with mosquitos! I honestly hated staying there!! However, having done the Vietnam and Cambodia trip with intro travel I would recommend the company without a doubt- amazing experiences with great guides!!

Also when in Siem Reap, I didn’t get the message that the day at the floting village would be a 7 hour day without a lunch stop. Also the breakfast for the sunrise trip to Angkor wat was really not impressive.
I loved the tour and the trip, and will for sure never forget it or my awesome two team leaders, Sammy(Vietnam) and Fleur(Cambodia)!

The trip was amazing from the get go. The accommodation you stay in is unreal for the price you pay! Travelling around was made nice and easy. Fleur was our tour guide and I honestly couldn’t fault her. She was always positive, friendly and helpful. There was a couple of times on the trip where the weather wasn’t going our way, but Fleur went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and having a good time. Our Cambodia trip honestly wouldn’t have been the same without her and we’re so thankful for all her help throughout!
I did the tour in May 2019. Overall the tour was really nice and well organized. There were though a few points which should change. The worst thing on this tour was the Journey from Halong Bay to Nin…I did the tour in May 2019. Overall the tour was really nice and well organized. There were though a few points which should change. The worst thing on this tour was the Journey from Halong Bay to Ninh Binh. Our driver drove extremely unsafe and we crashed almost 6 times in another car. I know, that we can't expect the western driving styles but the other drivers were much more safe. I was really scared and driving in this bus for four hours was terrifying. Unfortunately our Guide Fleur did't care about it and also did not say anything to him.
Also the program on the Mekong day was false as we didn't explore it by canoe, which I was really looking forward to. I also find that there could have been more information about country and culture. I did the Bali Intro one year ago and we received much more information. Apart from this points I had a great time and saw some really nice places.

21 day tour was amazing! Lots of travelling between places but that is to be expected with such big countries. The leaders (Fleur and Sammie) were good fun for the whole trip.

As a group of three 18 year olds we felt so well looked after by our group leader, Fleur, and saved so much time and hassle from the the efficient organisation of the trip. We had loads of fun getting to know such a lovely group of people from all over the world and loved sharing crazy experiences with them. Vietnam has had so much to offer from the stunning beaches on Freedom Island to the busy lantern streets of Hoi An. We especially want to thank Fleur for being so bubbly, caring and fun as a guide and always making sure we were having the best time possible. We would definitely recommend this trip to any young travellers either solo or with friends and can’t wait to go on our Intro Bali trip!

She is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about her job and the countries Intro are in. Fleur and Sian were extremely fun and knowledge tour guides. I learnt a lot about the history of Bangkok and some of the temples we visited. They made me feel instantly at ease as I was anxious before…Fleur and Sian were extremely fun and knowledge tour guides. They made me feel instantly at ease as I was anxious before the tour but as soon as I arrived at the Wild orchid villa and met the rest of the group I felt like part of a family straight away. We have all grown together as one big happy family and I strongly believe that is because of the excellent tour guides we had, they got involved with all the activities as well as group banter and now truly feel I have made friends amongst the camp as well as Sian and fleur that I would keep in touch with. Would like to thank Intro tours for such a great experience and will definitely be using them again for future adventures.

I really enjoyed my time in Khao Soak and Koh Phangan. I didn’t enjoy Bangkok as much but I think that was down to the general uncleanliness of the city, in particular the constant bad smell. The activities in Bangkok however were good, especially the Khao San road night out. The full moon party we experienced on Koh Phangan was amazing as was the bungalow accommodation on the island. 5 Star

They were pour and the level was very low, especially in phi phi and in Bangkok. In these two places we had the room full of insects, dirty and extrimely small. I've paid 1300€. Surfing on the internet I saw that the price for a decent room in the city center of phi phi is around 35€ per 2 people (so around 12,50€ each), I'm sure that for Intro Travel this price could be easily affordable and even cheaper thanks to agreements and sponsorships they have. Moreover Bangkok is much more cheaper.
Trasportation
Could be better and the night train is really sad and, again, cheap.
Meals
They were really basic, we even had to pay for desserts and drinks. Furthermore the dinner we had in Koh Phangan was so bad that a few of us didn't eat.
Guide
Fleur was a great guide, she was always entertaining, friendly and professional. Once I had a problem and she managed to solve it in a very short time.
In conclusion, if I compare the amount of money I paid with the quality of the services offered the value is low. Moreover this tour really lack of options, especially during the free time days.
Anyway, meeting with other people, having fun together and having someone organizing everything for you makes most of the journey very enjoyable.

The trip was very well organized. It really immerses you in the local culture. The guide did a fantastic job of making sure that everyone had a great trip. This tour was well thought out with lots of opportunities to explore Thailand, but also relax on the beach and go out with the group. I had a fantastic time, and would recommend going on this trip!
