After some initial communication hiccups, things went smoothly. Several of the tours were really with local groups that pick up from all of the downtown hotels. The winery sessions were an exception, with private driver, and private service. The capital is a bit rundown, but worth seeing. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to a four-star hotel if you can afford it.
