Ms Thu was excellent! She was able to reserve me a bigger seat on the bus rides to/from Sapa, Ha Long Bay, and Ninh Binh. On the overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay, she booked me one of the four rooms that had a balcony - all without me even asking! Ms Thu is great at her profession and goes above and beyond in her customer service. She provides around the clock assistance and responsive at all times of day and night. When I texted her to ask if my friends can join me on the Ha Long Bay tour at the last minute, she responded quickly and checked availability right away - even on a Friday night at 11pm!! Book with Ms Thu and you definitely won't be disappointed! Her tours are unbeatable in price and unmatched in value or customer service. Just keep in mind the price you paid compared to it's value - please don't expect 5 star luxury hotels and service when you only paid for 3 star accommodations! Thank you so much Ms. Thu and I will definitely be booking future tours with you again!
