From the very first day until the last, everything was extremely well organized and carefully planned, allowing us to enjoy every moment of our trip with peace of mind. We would especially like to thank Danny, who was truly amazing throughout our entire experience. He was always attentive, patient, helpful, and available whenever we needed him. He took the time to explain important things about Vietnam, from understanding the local currency and how to handle money to giving us useful tips and guidance that helped us feel comfortable and confident, even during the time we spent exploring on our own. The tours were also excellent. Everything was very well organized and thoughtfully arranged, and we could really feel the care and attention to detail throughout the entire experience. A big thank you to the company for making our trip so special, and especially to Danny, who truly made a difference. More than simply assisting us, he made us feel welcomed, supported, and well taken care of in a country that was completely new to us. We had such a great experience on this 2-day, 1-night tour to Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay. The itinerary was quite full, but it was a great way to see two of Northern Vietnam’s most beautiful destinations in a short amount of time. Ninh Binh was absolutely beautiful, especially the boat trip through the limestone mountains and peaceful countryside. We also really enjoyed visiting the ancient sites and learning more about Vietnamese history and culture from our guide. The highlight of the second day was definitely Ha Long Bay. The scenery was breathtaking, and spending time on the cruise surrounded by the spectacular limestone islands was an unforgettable experience. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful, while the transportation and organization were smooth throughout the trip. Everything was well arranged, so we could simply relax and enjoy the journey. It was a busy two days, but definitely worth it. If you have limited time in Northern Vietnam and want to experience both Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay, I would highly recommend this tour!

Well organized, fairly priced, great communication throughout. Absolutely no problems encountered. The only two things I wish were different: 1) as a solo traveler there were no options to upgrade to a higher star hotel in Hanoi or higher star boat accommodations for Ha Long Bay 2) Although I understand it’s part of bringing tourism and money to the economy, the restroom break locations were always longer than needed (usually 30 min) and always at places that force you to tour their shopping facilities (I.e. silk, bamboo stores; pearl making, retail store to view and buy). Politely declining touring of facilities and just use the bathroom was not an option. Tour guides were great. Transportation was timely and easy. Accommodations clean.
